Today I ordered online and wanted to eat in the lobby and they closed the lobby for some training. Should never happen during business hours. A lot of irritated customers including myself.

Haven’t been here yet, but my brother said this is a really good Taco Bell. We both love Taco Bell so I truly believe him. The crunch wrap supreme is probably really good and the nacho sauce is spicy so that’s a plus hope I get to eat this one day.

The staff is rude and very slow don’t come here on your break unless you want to waste your whole break in line then be spoken to with an attitude by rude staff and when I said something about the wait I was told “If I don’t like it don’t come back.” What happened to good customer service, I can remember you use to be fired for talking to customers like that now it seems to be the standard smh.

So.. it took 40 minutes to get our food ready even though we were the only ones there. The whole work team was passive aggressive. And they forgot my sister's burrito.
Every time I come here I order online only to wait 30 minutes inside. This place is terrible.

Taco bells food is always good. it's the team that makes the experience . I was only car in drive through. Ordered. Pulled to Window. Was greeted by a friendly employee. Order came he checked it and sent it back. 5 minutes later, I got order, parked to eat. They forgot my nachos. In I went. Waited another 5 minutes to get nachos. Might as well close drive thru and make it walk in.
