They wouldnt fix an order that got door dashed because their own system didnt tell them what door dash got sent to them. Showed them a picture of order as proofand they still wouldnt fix it.

This place is absolutely disgusting and should be ashamed of themselvesI tried to call and cancel and order I placed less than 10 minutes after.I was told it would be 45 minutes , I should have had more than enough time to cancel.The woman on the phone refuses to cancel my order and had it delivered anyways and will not refund my card.I don't know how this is even legal but I will NEVER eat at this place ever again.

Yep, it happened. Found not just ONE but TWO SEPARATE HAIRS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN MY FOOD. Short blonde one stuck to my sesame chicken and a very, VERY long brown one in the sauce.I live out of town (15 minute drive from this place) so I wasn't about to return the food on a Friday evening and have someone scream at me in a foreign language for "putting hair there." And then making me drive down for a refund/to be insulted after an hour total trip for mediocre food/refund (As all resturants do because God forbid anyone anywhere wears a hairnet)Food I did get to eat before I tweaked out and tossing it was average or below.So instead, I decided I'll leave a review; spend your money elsewhere, there's tons of Chinese resturants in Pittsfield, and I'm sure you'll get 100% less hair there than here.I hope my garbage enjoyed the food, because I did not.

Ordered delivery as car in shop order came back wrong called lady she became irrate and rude I said I ordered chicken teriyaki instead of beef and you gave chicken fingers said not specific in your ordering refused to change and hung up said bring food back said no car what time u close she said walk faster and hung up will never go there again used to go alot she would rather lose a good customer then to give order of chicken teriyaki and refused to refund tip should have contacted the police on her she's very rude and unprofessional

Horrible service got order incorrect woman became rude and irrate when called about wrong order said want to sub beef for chicken teriyaki and she gave chicken fingers and said not specific on what chicken are you serious she refused to replace the food . Had to walk back in the rain to get refunded minus the tip I gave. She said walk fast cause if I stay late you pay me. She did not give us the free generals either that supposed to come with over 50 dollars. She continued to hang up on us and scream at us and said don't care about losing customer just don't touch food or I not refund your money I said you can resell it anyway but she didn't seem to care. She just hung up again. When got there she grabs bag to take in back to inspect it. Asked her to please stay in room to inspect it as we didn't even open it to notice it was wrong we just looked in bag let's hope she doesn't put back for other people with that horrible attitude for no reason and totally unprofessional disgusting enviornment. The food isn't that great anyhow. Keep it! Buyer beware!!!!!!

Tried to over charge for extra soy sauce price on receipt digital was three dollars less. Delivery driver couldn’t explain why and had a bitter attitude. Went to grab five more dollars and asked for change delivery driver didn’t have change. Sent him back. Delivery driver threw money on my porch walked away swearing and cussing. Called place back to let them know what happened they explained the over charge but cared very little about the nastiness of their driver. I was responded with a whatever and a hang up. Foods not even that good. Go else where for better service and better quality food.

The sushi came out horrible and they rolled it in a strange way it looks like a triangle with the ingredients sticking out. Could not even eat it properly. Not so good chicken.

I called to see if they were delivering. The woman who answered was so rude and wouldn’t allow me to speak. When I tried to ask her a question, she hung up in my face. I called back to make sure they were open for doordash. When she answered the phone again she told me “I answered your question already goodbye.” I responded by saying “No, I was still speaking when you hung up in my face. I don’t understand why you’re being so rude.” The woman then responds with, “you can buy your food somewhere else. Bye!” And hangs up in my face again. There was no reason to treat a customer this way for simply trying to see if they were open to order food from. I will never order food from them again. Disgusting customer service! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Completely unwarranted and unnecessary!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in Pittsfield! I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 10yrs and today due to a bad mix up on their end…I was yelled at with a nasty attitude. I placed a reserved order for NYE that was well over 100$ and they delivered it today the 28th due to their own ordering system. I have my email confirmation to validate my order. She gave me a nasty attitude with a very high pitched voice and words were exchanged and I vow to never order from them again and I will be sure to share my experience with others due to how unprofessional she handled me.

Will not eat here because they put menus on everyones cars in parking lots, creating a lot of litter and wasted paper.

I have dietary restrictions and I was so thankful for the menu items that allow for dietary restrictions. I got the shrimp and vegetables and it was cooked perfectly! I also loved the Salmon Sashimi! And it was ready in 10 minutes!

total disregaurd for health & safety!!!! Quality of food has rapidly deteriorated from this place. In addition, this women who worked at the front table without a mask on was coughing everywhere recklessly is disgusting & utter joke! Shame on you for comming into work sick and possibly spreading disease. Close it down!! ?

Do not go here! We ordered chicken and broccoli for delivery and got fried chicken fingers. The woman on the phone, who claimed to be the manager, refused to acknowledge the mistake, insisted we ordered the chicken fingers and then hung up on me. Very rude and kind of crazy. Don't go!
