Last time I'll go here. Got a ham and Swiss grinder today. Meat is sliced so thin you can see through it. What little meat was on there that is. Cheese was sliced the same. There was a few shreds of lettuce and 1 or 2 small pieces of onion. At least there was 2 slices of tomato that were whole. All in all I enjoyed my bread and mayo sub today. Hence the second star.

When my family members are in the mood for a grinder, whether Buffalo chicken or something else. We know where to order for pick up. Always reasonable prices, good food, very friendly and hard working individuals. From the phone ordering, and going to pick up, always good and positive experience. Would highly recommend to everyone this particular location.

I love Angelina's. It's my go-to place for good subs in Pittsfield. The two ladies working today (Saturday) at the Housatonic Street location were very courteous and helpful. I ordered a cold sub today but their hot subs like the meatball and steak and cheese are awesome too.

Came in on a 90 degree day in a bikini top and shorts to pick up and order there was no one else in the building all the staff was all women. I was picking up an order was grabbing a drink and she told me I needed to put a shirt on. So I left and canceled my order. I have never been denied service in actual shirts shorter than what I had on.

The owner is cheap and rude. I would give service a higher score because the employees were nice. When you order a 12 inch sub and get three slices of meat you sandwich sucks. When I asked him if that all the meat I get the owner responded with “yes but you can get double meat.” Over all I paid for bread. Awful.

My kinda place, this place! Make it known I'm referring, "Specifically" to the location on West Housatonic Street. So I walk in the door & hear a happy, friendly voice make sure to say "WELCOME" to me while maintaining her professional yet friendly customer service oriented demeanor & continuing to work with pep in her step & she even knew her other customers by name! She made this place awesome, I was so blown away by her that after eating 1/2 my veal parmigiana grinder in my car that I ran back in to tell her how much I liked her food, her service & her personality then she amazed me 1 more time this time with her sense of pride of ownership as an employee not the actual owner by telling me she was going to RE-wrap the other 1/2 of my grinder aka sub because after working here for more than 30+ years she didn't want anyone walking around with her sandwich looking that way as I had made a huge mess of it lol! Omg this woman was an amazing employee & she deserves to be paid adequately. I hope the owner reads this & gives her a raise because "SHELLY" deserves one! I hope everyone is tipping her on a regular basis as she deserves them!

Angelina's Subs is simply the better version of Subway! They never mess up an order, they have that no-nonsene attitude that you would expect from a Northeastern sandwich shop, the food is delicious, and for the portions that they give you, it is relatively cheap! This is definitely a great place to stop for lunch in the Berkshires, and everyone should try to make a stop at some point.Parking: I have never been here when it is too crowded, but when I have been here, it is very easy to find parking next to the shop.

Ordered The Italian Bomb (Sausage, peppers and onions, meatballs).First, nothing was warm enough to even melt the provolone cheese.Second, the sausage used was sausage patties. Although, you would typically expect links (or sliced link sausages), the issue wasn't with having patties instead of links. The issue was that the patties were FREEZER BURNT and were hot sausage patties. When the guy asked if I wanted parmesan cheese on top, he took out a nearly empty cheese shaker and proceeded to shake it like crazy to get about half a teaspoon of cheese onto it.The wife ordered the seafood salad grinder. Apparently, they had to use what they had left of seafood salad for her grinder. The amount of seafood salad on her foot long grinder wasn't even enough for their 8 inch (as confirmed by another location that we took it to and showed them what we were served). There was literally more lettuce than seafood salad on her grinder.

Don't waste your money or time. I stopped going to this restaurant with prior issues but tonight did it 11$ seafood sub, all lettuce that would feed a family of rabbits and the seafood, hahaha was enough for a wrap. But tried to cover it up with lettuce Italian bomb sub, it was freezer burned sausage and the shaker cheese, the tall guy kept shaking it, but it was empty.. Another oh we can hide it with freezer burnt sausage patties! Called when we got home and knowing that they had no more seafood, wanted to remake it... Well hello the guy was scraping the bottom of the container... How are you going to remake it and it's already 8pm on Friday and u close in an hr? It took it to Dalton Ave and the manager corrected it with an original and is showing her boss in the morning. Would you want to eat there?
