absolutely horrible service today waited thirty mins for just popcorn chicken and mack and cheeses bites which when we got home it was mozzarella wedges. the workers where disrespectful talking shit about someone the whole time! She also waited till she made three sandwiches when our food was done to hand us our food and it sounded like she sick. all she was doing is talk shit both of them.

The first time they took forever to make my order. A month later I ordered for pick up and they didn't make my order. I was willing to wait for it but,changed my mind after them showing no interest in preparing my order.Horrible service.

Does anyone at this location know how to make a HOT ham and mozzarella cheese sandwich? Apparently not because my husband has ordered me this the last 5x's and I have yet to get a sandwich done correctly. Come on Angelina's..do better..bread, mozzarella, ham, lettuce, tomato and a small amount of mayo..bake and done ?

Solid sub shop! Great fast service, especially when there's only 2 people working. They have such great food I don't mind the wait, it's only two people and they go fast! Great food for eat in and takeout!

Store was short staffed for volume of business. Attendents asked us to wait while they finished a large order. Rather then take orders of customers in the order they came in they allowed new customers to place their orders first. After complaining they completed the orders out of order not finishing the original first customers first but new arrivals. Poor poor customer service

The staff seem a little unfriendly at this particular location. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Didn't like answering questions about the menu. Not sure if it's standard for the chain but this was my impression of Elm St. Service was prompt, and food quality was high end of average. Really good bread. Tasted very fresh.
