The staff seem a little unfriendly at this particular location. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Didn't like answering questions about the menu. Not sure if it's standard for the chain but this was my impression of Elm St. Service was prompt, and food quality was high end of average. Really good bread. Tasted very fresh.

I just had the most amazing roast beef sub! I’ve never been here before today so had no idea it would be overstuffed with goodness. The bread was soft and fresh. Well done ladies!!

Really well stuffed foot long grinder with toppings. Bread was just okay, but everything was fresh. Parking available and one outdoor picnic table.
Visiting from CA and was informed by my parents that this was a spot I needed to check out....let me tell you it was the BEST sub I have EVER eaten

1. The prices in store are almost double of what it shows online. When I went to pick up the lunches for my co-workers and myself they said the prices changed because the owners changed. They should either update their online menu price or remove the online menu all together. 2. When I ordered the food over the phone I asked for extra ketchup packets and when I got back to the office there was no ketchup packets. 3. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich did not have any dressing either. *I am very disappointed in this service
