Incredible how Applebee’s just did an update to the entire building, maybe they should update some staff too!

I arrived at 12:30am, the beautiful host with a bright smile greets me very well and professional, I said “Bar” and started making my way to find a seat available because most of the bar top was filled with dirty plates.

As I sat down, I get the rolled eyes from the female bartender, as she does that, she does nothing to clean the bar top in front of me. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger and a Sprite.

She exclaims how “It’s been a day” I crack a couple humorous jokes and she replies ever so uneffortlessly “My sense of humor for jokes is null and void” with an exhausting moan.

I waited… and waited… and 3 minutes before the arrival of the burger, she delivers the Sprite. Then the burger arrives with fries. But does she place it in front of me? Nope, she places it down as if she delivered it to the non-existent human next to me in another uneffortlessly way of saying “I don’t want a good tip”as I reach over for my plate… Presentable? I give it a 3 out of 10. Then on top of that the fries were STONE cold, I only had the one and left the rest! Which drops it to a 1.5 out of 10.

The other staff walking around collecting dishes, communicating with other customers at their tables, all full of smiles and putting on the absolute show of seemingly enjoying their employment.

The bartender, not so much. This lady needs to seek housekeeping, or something away from public view. You’re definitely NOT a bartender! Pure lack of care of your customer is just incredible to experience! This is by far the worst! Applebee’s I have ever experienced!

Bartender says “How’s the burger?” I said “Better than the cold fries!” With her obvious immediate appearance of [Duh, you showed up at 12:30am, thirty minutes before we close what did you expect?] Well, I expected a lot better customer service! “It’s been a day, a long day.” Yep, and if I were anyone of stature within the company, you would be picking up your last paycheck too! Along with the chef in the kitchen.

I really wanted to just walk out and not pay for my food, my overall experience was that bad.

$21.00 wasted.

Seems to be the only upgrade here is the price of the menu...also the men's room smells like they store the rotten remains of whatever meat they use to make a 16 dollar patty melt....bread cheese and burger...16 bux.... was going to order a half price app.... the only worth while price friendly option but the stench of the restroom sealed the deal... no appetite. And it's self check out now lmao this is a medium burger

Emaree was our waitress tonight and she was absolutely so sweet. She came to our table often to make sure we were good. 👍 thank you so much for serving us she deserves a raise. Always greets us with a big smile. 😊

I came in with 5 people and ( EMAREE M. ) our waiter went above and beyond for us. She made sure we were happy with our food. She’s check on us many times while running around taking care of multiple other tables. It’s people like her that make a place like this thrive. She needs a raise and a pat on the bac. I think she is such a great person she made sure my young child had stuff to do while waiting for our food, and I hope to see her here for a long time. With service like that me and my family will return many times. If you had 8 of her this would be the best restaurant (service wise) in the Berkshires. GOD BLESS and have a blessed week. I had went to the Pittsfield Ma location, I had Emaree M as my server, she was the best server I’ve ever had in my entire life, deserved a raise, extremely funny, extremely kind, very welcoming, makes me feel like I’m home inside of a extremely busy restaurant, she checks in just the right amount and not only checks in but also has a small conversation and is involved. she is a entire queen.

Fantastic Meal and Service. This Applebee's location has been consistently wonderful so we keep coming back. The value for the money is good. The quality of food is good. The wait staff has been amazing. Our server today, Sam, has been amazing. Friendly, fast, anticipating our needs. I highly recommend this restaurant

Parking: Plenty of parking. No issues at all.

Kid-friendliness: I've taken my daughter and Neice many times and they have a great time. Kids get crayons and drawing mats, the wait staff is very patient and great with kids. Food options mean there is something for even my picky daughter.

Emery was a fabulous server and the food and atmosphere were great. She's very friendly and outgoing.

We Dined in a party of 6 on Fri Jan 17th we waited about 45 Min to be seated we ordered Appetizers and waited for almost an hour to get them and they never were delivered to our table and after waiting over an hour we received our meals and none of them were Hot or warm maybe luke warm the waitress was spot on and such a great server I had a Michalob draft and tasted stale then the waitress told us that they were to busy making sure all the Door dash people had their meals and were pushing all the peoples meal in Restaurant aside not good business thas why we never received our Appetizer they deducted all the Appetizers off the bill but all in all not a very good Experience, the waitress did her best to accommodate us she was very curtious and respected our concerns.
