Awesome staff! And the best cannoli in town

Richard Stohr

We were inside Crawford Square. The incredible smell from Brooklyn’s Best was beckoning us to place a to-go order. It had been a while since we ordered. Too long. We decided to split an order of chicken parm. It was enormous! One order fed both of us. It was absolutely delicious. Again. As always. The chicken was thick and moist and only lightly breaded so it wasn’t too heavy. The sauce was delicious and the pasta seemed very fresh. You know how sometimes it’s overcooked & mushy or hard? Not here. This was excellent. Even the little slice of crunchy garlic bread was perfect. I’ve heard “$30 for take out?” Try $15 a piece because we split it. You will NOT find a meal this delicious, take-out or sit down for this price. No, I’m not a paid reviewer, just a very satisfied customer who’s kicking himself for not ordering more often. Thank you Frank. We look forward to next time. It won’t be as long, we promise!!

Food is great, my only issue is they never answer when I call. They say they close at 1:30am but they never even answer

This place was definitely an experience especially since my family and I had the place to ourselves. My grandpa knows Frank who is in charge and he is great at what he does. He’s knowledgeable and very friendly too which made dinner so pleasant. Frank mainly does takeout and only serves select guests to serve within his restaurant. Our dinner was a 3 hour feast of trying all different foods that were chosen by Frank which were all so tasty. Where else can you receive this type of service??? Not many places as it was made extra special for my family and I. Without a doubt I will be returning here to enjoy some delicious Italian dishes when I’m back in Pittsfield!

Me and my boyfriend live an hour away and we like to take a mini road trip down to Pittsfield just for the margarita pizza. The owner is always so nice and the pizza is always so good. Highly recommended. Hopefully going to do private dining soon to try more amazing food from brooklyns best!

Frank and his Wife (Women Run Business) continue to provide top quality food. Not once did I ever have a bad meal. My favorite items from the menu are the Buffalo Chicken Wings and the Pepperoni, Mushroom & Garlic w/Fresh Mozzarella. Eggplant family loves. Desserts - cannoli and tiramius (to die for, haha). If you're in the Berkshires stop by and grab yourself some delicious food from Brooklyn's Best. You'll not be disappointed.

The owner is amazing and great! Food is always done on the time , when he say it will be done it’s done. People like to complain about not being able to eat inside or parking spaces but pull up put your hazard lights on then grab your food. It’s not that hard. Specially, when you’ll do whatever you have to do for the best pizza and wings in town. But I will tell you parking has nothing to do with how amazing and flavorful the food is! BEST WINGS IN THE BERKSHIRE. I WILL NEVER GET MY WINGS FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT BROOKLYN’S BEST! Thanks FRANK for all the hard work you do to make the best New York pizza in the Berkshire. And after tonight I think we are hooked now on your dumplings lol so yummy! Oh, and I forgot best cannolis you can ever find I will drive all the way from New York just to get the cannolis from Frank at Brooklyn's BEST!

I had just moved to Pittsfield with my partner and we were moving into our apartment that night. Come 1230 AM we are both hungry and exhausted after moving everything in.

Brooklyns best seems to be one of the few places open after midnight for food. It was pricey but it was the only thing available. We ordered online from there website and went there and pick it up. And older guy who seems to be the only one working that late at night brings it out to us.

We got a meatlovers pizza and a container of wings. While yes they are pricey, they were amazing! I could taste so many things on the pizza I wouldn't at a domino's and I could tell the ingredients were fresh. The wings were just as good.

The only criticism I have is the prices, but, not knowing their costs of business, the taste and convenience of being open so late make up for it.

All on all, I would recommend. Probably not an "after drinks" pizza though because you might not appreciate how good it is.

Google says you guys are open till 1:30 being from ny I was excited cuz everyone else closes at 10. 11pm I place a pickup order get charged a 3$ “CONVENIENCE” fee and told my order was accepted to then find out at 11:30 that the store is actually closed ? change your hours on the website cuz that’s not cool. Especially for 30$ for a cheese pizza.

Food is decent, but their margins are criminal.

Owner likes to run his mouth. An unprofessional disgusting individual. Don't poison yourself with his greasy overpriced food. He says it's a woman owned restaurant too. I guess he's a woman lol.
