3/2/25 @ 1230pm I placed my order and knew right away that i was not going to recieve what i ordered, because the child taking my order was not only clearly not listening to me, but also didnt seem to be familiar with Burger Kings menu. As assumed, both of the sandwichs i ordered were made incorrectly. I let one of them slide, but being as i am lactose intolerant, eating a burger with cheese on it is not an option for me. I went up to the counter for a replacement (and by replacement i simply mean getting what i paid for), and was informed that i would need to wait until after the lunch rush for my new burger. I asked if i could get my money back instead, and they refused. So my only options were to 1: Leave without my food, thus getting scammed by a billion dollar corporation, or 2: wait for my food and be late to my 1pm appointment. Because i am unable to justify handing over money to a corporation in exchange for nothing, i chose to wait. Upon getting my replacement, it was still made incorrectly. I ordered a double whopper, a staple of the menu, and they just kept making me some specialty burger with diff topping and condiments. I tried eating it but it tasted like trash, prolly why its not a permanent menu item. To review: I paid money to burger king, got no food out of it, and was made to be late for my appointment. The girl at the counter needs to prioritize accurately taking customers food orders over acting black. You are a cog in a machine, act like it.

All the times ive been there it takes a while to get my food which is the least of this places problems. The staff and manager are rude and act like we're the ass for ordering and interrupting their time screaming at eachother.the bathrooms have had piss all over the floor.and for a piss poor burger at 15 bucks is disgusting,i can go to a restaurant and wait the same time and get a better burger for less,only reason i go here is for break and its close by,thats all you have going for it
