Ordered a bowl online and picked it up and got to my fishing spot to find this. Absolutely absurd that half of the bowl wasn’t even filled. Also I made this review about a month ago and they deleted it which I think is crazy that they’re deleted bad reviews.

Drove up to 2 employees sitting on the curb. Entered at 8pm to find the food in the bins looked disgusting all dried up and sparse at best. A sign was posted that said they were out of 3 ingredients. We ended up leaving without purchasing the dried up over cooked food that they were ready to serve us.

Everyone at my job order from there one day, so I tried the steak burrito for the first time, and it was way too spicy for my liking.. I told myself I couldn't eat from there anymore.. The food I got was disappointing! Seemed like they just whipped it together.. It was messy too and not hot.. Didn't seem fresh.. It seemed like it was old meaning they had made it earlier up in the day. Crazy

Place was disgusting and dirty tables as well as to service counter where all the food is served wasn't much better they kept asking what we ordered in line and at register and still forgot stuff it was a first and last time I will go there the wrap was warm but everything else was cold inside the burrito. Hot Harry's is a million times better I would rather take my chances at taco bell atleast they are clean and the food has flavor.

Not sure why so many people have rated this Chipotle so badly. I ate there four days in a row and the burritos were as good as any I had in any other Chipotle. The people working there were pleasant and helpful. Some people must be just hard to please.

Stopped in around noon expecting the usual Chipotle experience, but left disappointed. Most of the food bins were nearly empty, and they had to scrape rice off the bottom to serve. There is no way this was the result of the lunch rush - the place was empty. What I got was cold, including items that should have been warm.
The prep counter and register area looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while, which didn’t inspire much confidence. No forks available at first, and when they did restock, it looked like someone just jammed them into the holder without a second thought.
The staff weren’t rude, just seemed low energy and checked out—like everyone was just going through the motions. Nothing terrible happened, but the overall vibe was depressing.
I usually like the chain, and this is the only location nearby, so I might end up coming back out of convenience. But if I had other options, I’d go there for sure.
