I am very disappointed in the recent change all your stores made with my favorite drink the frozen vanilla chai. I am told they even changed the name to Vanilla spice and use the syrup instead of the powder. This was my all time favorite now I will no longer go there as much. Have to find a new favorite. Please change it back. Your frequent customer.
