Between the Deli, Service in general it's over all friendly, never an Attitude when your there! Always a Smile, if you've had a bad day You'll walk out with a Smile or you'll be laughing Cause someone inside has made your day!!

I stopped here with a vendor today and was hungry and noticed they had a hot/cold self&full serve and decided to try a steak and cheese sub and I am glad I did as it literally was the BEST steak and cheese I've ever had, next time I am in Pittsfield and am near the vicinity I am DEFINITELY stopping by for another steak and cheese sub. Compliments to the cook?

JUST AWESOME. I may be pretty young, but this… WONDERFUL. Words cannot describe how much I like this store. The food is delicious. I try to sneak out so I can go here to grab a quick snack. It takes a long walk, but it’s still worth it!

Pretty busy, went in to pick up an order, they had a peoblem scanning something. I stepped aside as I was in no hurry, so they could wait on the other customers. Thry kept messing around with my order. Meh, try to be nice, some people just wont let you!

I was preparing to take a walk to Burbank Park today for the first time. Being relatively new to the area I asked a neighbor where I could pick up something for lunch to eat at the park. She recommended Costanzo's, which I'd been past before but never gone in. They had a few different deli sandwiches for grab & go and I chose the meatloaf one. It was delicious cold, and I bet it'd be great warmed up as well. They also have a whole wine & liquor store there as well. The woman at the register was really kind as well - I am thinking she is either an owner or someone who has worked there forever and enjoys it. I will definitely be back there for another grinder soon.

I had went to Costanzo's because I wanted to grab a quick snack, I ended up with a total of $23 dollars, and I told the cashier I wanted to put an item back. They kept saying "Okay" and right after we paid they never ended up putting it back and giving my money back. Not a great place.
