Cravins has the best ice cream in the Berkshires!

My family always went to King Kone, but when it closed we decided to try Cravins, and boy was it a treat! The guys working there love what they do and have the best customer service. I love the variety of options and how they also sell stickers, hats, drinks, etc. The flavors are always so amazing and the prices are fair for what they give you. I also really love their hours! Everything in Pittsfield is closed by 9pm, but Cravins is open! If you’re craving some delicious ice cream, this is your place!

Fan of soft serve and this place did not disappoint. Going to try to make it the go to dessert place for us. Freshing, not heavy, with a great number of topping and flavor options.

Delicious! I got a strawberry shortcake razzle, and it was super yummy. Staff is very nice, and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I recommend giving it a shot.

What can I say about Cravins that hasn’t already been said. The hype is real. Senator Elizabeth Warren doesn’t visit just every ice cream place she passes by, she knows what’s good. Trust me, try them out. Super chill friendly staff, great ice cream, family atmosphere. What more could you want?

I have been on the search for blue goo ice cream since I was 8 years old- so roughly 20 years ago. It was the best ice cream flavor I ever had, and it’s a childhood memory I always think back to when browsing any ice cream sections. Never did I think I’d see it again, until now. I ordered a large from DoorDash (and it truly was a large, no skimping here) and let me tell you, this is not your run of the mill same old ice cream; it seriously stands out from the crowd.
It is divine. The texture is incredible, and it has a freshness I’ve never experienced with ice cream before. I had to stop my boyfriend- who normally isn’t a big fan of ice cream- from eating it all. I easily thought it’d be safe from him, but oh I was wrong.
I know how silly it sounds, but truly thank you Cravins for fulfilling one of my childhood dreams! 100000/10!
