Edit: added a star back bc the owner reached out via email and was kind about the mistakes and wanted to make things right with their customer. Most past experiences were great but unfortunately the last 2 times were disappointing. Ordered the GF/DF crust but was given the GF cauliflower one instead, which unfortunately I can't eat. They also forgot my side of pesto again. Flavors are great when the order is correct, unfortunately I can't eat what was given.

I recently tried Crust Pizza, and unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the price is on par with other pizza places, the size and quality were disappointing. The menu lists the pizzas as 12 inches, but they felt more like 10 inches or smaller. I ordered three pizzas for just over $60, expecting them to be enough for the family. Instead, they left us still hungry—and me feeling a bit embarrassed.
To make matters worse, the pizzas were overdone, with several spots outright burned. It’s frustrating to pay a premium and not get the quality or quantity you’d expect.
With so many great alternatives nearby, like Teddy’s, Mannys in Dalton, Brooklyns best on north st or Russell Inn in Russell Massachusetts where you get much better value for your money, I won’t be returning to Crust Pizza. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for.
Edit*** not sure what to make of your reply as the business owner. My single experience has nothing to do with you winning best of the berkshires. Also, you did not address the fact that the pizza was burned and accused me of having some sort of agenda. Nice customer recovery effort you have there.(Sarcasm) Zero stars.

Once a week my friend and I to crust and order the same thing. Cheese pizza with two slices with bacon and mushroom... and the pizza is sooooo good.. was is never disappointing. The employees are so sweet and kind.. I always get the homemade ranch to dip my pizza crust in and it's super good.. I've gone here 1x a week since August. Nothing bad to say about crust at all!

Stopped here on a road trip to Williamstown and was not disappointed! I had a gluten free and dairy free crust, no cheese with Italian sausage and peppers. The crust stood on its own and was nice and crispy! Would definitely recommend!
Pesto sauce and as a finisher. The little peps were crispy out the oven and the crust is thin and crispy, which I like. Nice place to visit for a pizza. if I was local,I'd go back

Hi! I’m a Jersey Girl so i know pizza. I also like businesses where the owner is accommodating and friendly. A couple of weeks ago we visited our daughter and SIL in Pittsfield. We decided to get pizza and salads for dinner. They recommended Crust. First my husband thought it was a nicely decorated place. Then we were blown away by the food. My husband kept raving about the crust….hmm makes sense now. I thought the salad was so fresh obviously not sitting in a walk-in. I let Jim know that it was a great food experience and decided to buy a gift card for the “kids”.Sorry this is long but growing up in Nj and close to NY we’ve had some great pies. I never expected to find a great pizza in Pittsfield. I must add in general you all seem like nice laid back residents too. Cheers to Jim and staff! Try Crust!!
