I ordered food to dine in 40 minutes prior, once I got to the store they said ten minutes. 30 minutes pass and still my pizza wasn’t ready. I never got my pizza and had to go due to the time limit I was on.

While spending some downtime in The Berkshire MA area, we decided it was pizza night. Based on reviews we chose Crust in Pittsfield. The service was excellent and 5 stars, the pizza dough really light and crispy. The setting was very modern with open ceiling and decor very fitting for a pleasant environment. A good around experience, we ordered the Neo and Mushroom with Truffle oil.

Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.

I am so excited about this place, I don't know where to start. Everything about the pizza is delicious. Crust, sauce, cheese. Crust is thin, not super thin, but crispy and flavorful. Sauce tasted delicious, cheese not too wet or greasy. Overall balanced and really tasting of quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. I had the "carne" with meatballs and sausage. The sausage was really authentic without casings, but fennel seeds ( i think that's what it is). For pizza this good you would need to go to NYC, Boston or New Haven probably. I will definitely go back soon. Sauce was really good. Nice environment too!

Terrible customer service. First time asked to leave a restaurant in my life for asking the manager to honor the prices on the menu given. There were 3 menus. A menu on the wall, a take out menu and the menu which I was given all with different price. The menu I was given did not include additional charges for different types of cheese, crust, etc. When I ordered pizzas and salads for my family, I based our order on what I saw on the menu given. When I saw the total price come to about $20 more than what I expected, the manager pointed out in very small print under the toppings on the other side of the page it said there may be additional surcharges. $4 for cauliflowers crust.$2.50 for vegan cheese, etc. none of which were stated on this menu. She said there was not enough room on the menu to include any additional charges (that is a first). I also said prices for some of the items on the menu I was given differed from the other menus (I.e.mixed greens). The manager said the owner was out of town and hadn’t gotten to updating the prices but the prices she was quoting me though either not stated on the menu I was given or different from those on the menu given would not be honored. She then told me if the owner was here, he would tell me to leave which she then told me. My family was all in shock and we left.

Pretty good pizza!Very quick service and easy to use online ordering experience.Only gripe I guess is that’s it’s a little on the pricey side.But that’s what you pay for pizza that’s almost as good as home made with fresh ingredients.

My 10 year-old has a dairy allergy. Crust has an amazing dairy-free option. He was so happy to have a pizza that tasted good, he ate the entire pie. I have a cheese because I’m a purist and hubby had a white mushroom. Both were delicious. The gentleman was happy to share the dairy-free cheese brand with us when I asked. It’s not easy to find a tasty dairy-free cheese that melts, so I’m grateful.
