Dominos is my favorite place to get pizza from and most affordable too. I love their marinara sauce on pizza and garlic crust

Ordered 4 items online from North St Dominos location. 2 were incorrectly prepared. 1 deluxe pizza stuffed crust turned into plain cheese stuffed crust. 1 order of bbq chicken wings turned plain with no sauce. Ordered placed at 1146am. Said ready 11-18 minutes. Not ready until 1219pm. We saw their pizza mistakes, returning that pizza and asked them to give us a refund for that pizza on our credit card. They refused and said only refund store credits. So ok to have them remade the pizza. Not ready until 1:10pm and the rest of the order was cold. Very poor service and will never order from them again

The place was disgusting, Noone wearing gloves or hairnet, one of your male prep cooks boxing the food was disgusting, I witnessed him touch and scratch his face , move the hair away from his face , then picked up a food order that pieces fell out of the box and place the items back in , not once did he stop to wash his hands , that was after I ordered my pizza which was wrong and burnt , never go back and I will put this to all family and friends , pick up your place or the board of health will be notified

Order was done quickly, we had curbside pick-up, and it was brought out immediately. Everything we ordered: cheesy bread, parm pizza & pepperoni cheesy bread was delicious. I was a little late getting there after my order had been done, bc we got hung up at the previous location and didn't think it would be ready so quick, but our food was super hot & yummy. Friendly staff.

The tracker said my order was ready, I went inside to find they hadn't even started it. It's been another 30 minutes since I was originally told it was ready and I'm still sitting around waiting for my food. Ridiculous. I had even called to make sure that it would be well done 10 minutes before arriving and they said "no problem" and I get here to watch 3 guys basically walk around in slow in circles barely even doing anything. Wish I could leave zero stars for service. Plus it's not even busy. And I didn't even get an explanation or apology. Such a waste of my time.

Absolutely disgusted ordered food and the manager clearly said well it’s not his problem that the pizza isn’t fully cooked “well done “ this is the second time we have had problems with this horrible store and complete crap customer service
Called 45 minutes before closing and the worker said his " manger approved them to close at 11 pm" then proceeded to act like he was the manager.

My favorite Domino's in town. I live outside of any Domino's delivery area. Every time I order online for pick-up, my order is made perfectly and the staff is friendly. Always a great deal when you have to order a lot for a crowd.
