Good service, delicious food, and great baked goods from muffins to cookies, cakes, and raspberry bars! The barista made me an outstanding vanilla, cinnamon latte and was so generous with his time and pleasure to make me a great latte. Really appreciated that and him and his service. Thank you.

Came here on a busy Saturday morning with my husband and dog. We had a spicy chai latte, chagalatte, pup cup, breakfast burrito bowl, & vineyard breakfast sandwich. All was delicious & the staff was friendly. It was our first time, we ordered inside, then sat on the patio near the garden.
Vegetarian options: Options to add meat or meat alternatives. Mostly pescatarian or ovolactovegetarian, with modifications for vegan.
Excellent atmosphere, cheery employees, tasty beverage and goodies.

We went almost at closing on a Sunday, just wanting a brunchy thing and ended up very much surprised. I had the vineyard breakfast sandwich and added on the loxs. My partner had the granola bowl. Both Heaven. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We are not often in the area but when we are will be back!

A coffee lounge with a vibe. In the heart of Pittsfield, MA is a vibing coffee lounge. Dottie's offers an inviting atmosphere with great food and coffee. The lounge has 3 rooms for seating. Upon arrival you pick your table with the number, grab a menu and order at the cashier where you will inform them of your table number and place your order. The first room offers some elevated window seating for some natural bright light and people watching. The second room has plenty of seats and typically where the performers play on the mini stage. The third room has more seating, bar seating, and bathrooms. Each room has its own unique design with art. The first room has the gift shop. They also have a large patio for outdoor seating and in some of that fresh mountain air
The service in Dottie's is great. How it works is you pick a table and locate the number on the table, go to the cashier to tell them your table number and place your order for food and drinks (including coffee), the staff will deliver your items to the table. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed Zuko. Zuko was helpful, consistently checking on the guest and ensuring everyone got their meal in a timely manner. Zuko is a great asset to Dotties.
I've been to this location several times and my favorite food is the steel cut oats with a variety of toppings that include fresh fruit and nuts . I also enjoy the Burnham bagel it's an everything bagel with cream cheese, ripe tomatoes and red raw onions, perfection! I will also typically get a lavender latte or a Matcha latte with lavender.
I'll definitely be back to enjoy some of their tasty menu items. Enjoy the ambience and hopefully get to see the radiant Zuko. Cheers ?
Parking: There’s a parking lot that is free right on the side of the building and on the weekends. It’s free parking on the street or after 4 PM.

The food and coffee are good, though a bit pricey. However, Dottie's has become too inconsistent for me to keep it in my routine. It's very rare that I can visit and get the items I intended to order in a timely manner. They sometimes open late, the kitchen is occassionally closed, and they frequently run out of many itmes. There was even a day when they didn't have any coffee available. This all makes me sad, as I used to be a regular customer, but I can no longer depend on them. Additionally, the atmosphere has changed; it's too busy now and less inviting as a place to sit, read, or relax.

Food was good, the customer service was awful. Cashier gave me and both of my friends a huge condescending attitude. She was on her phone behind the counter and said “hold on, I’m doing a large order” when I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. When my friend before me ordered something similar to me. It was my first and last time here. You have to pick a table after you ordered which we had no idea. My friend walked over and picked a table, I looked over at her and she gave me an annoyed-looking smirk. Super nasty, disgraceful customer service. Server was super friendly though, and they treated us with nothing but kindness. The cashier told us nothing, we didn’t know if we had to wait by the barista area for our coffee. Turns out they bring it to the table. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in an establishment. Take down the pride flag if you’re not going to be kind and welcoming to the customers. I’m sorry, but I will not be coming here again.
Our first time here, and it was disappointing. Husband had stale pastry. It noticed it looked days old, and he said it tasted that way. My burrito bowl had the strangest scented black beans and rice in the world..not sure if that was old too and had gone sour. Yuk. The scrambled eggs looked like a flat over -fried eggs probably cooked in margarine or cheap seed oil. Did not feel the love in the food. Soup was only saving grace. It tasted fresh and decent. Sorry to write a bad review, but this was our experience. And yes the girls in front seemed super annoyed. I read that elsewhere, but that was the least of my concerns!
