We come here often, the line gets pretty long for the drive thru, which I think is a combination of volume and slow service. Today we were given loaded hash browns with cold cheese on top. I mean cold from the fridge, we could feel the cold through the container. Employees were super polite and took steps to correct the mistake as soon as we asked to have it fixed. I think they just scooped it out, heated it up and put it back in because there was still some cold cheese in there but I was able to mix it around and it wasn't that big a deal.

All the workers had no thoughts going through their head (high) they gave us the wrong donut and we ordered 2 of the same lattes but they were completely different one with cold foam one with whip cream. Not to mention no straws when they had the dome lids that need straws. New employees are needed ASAP

Would have loved to order some coffees, but having used the bathroom first and there was NO soap dispenser in the women’s bathroom (I had to go to the men’s to wash my hands) I decided to pass on getting anything. Ew.
Easily the best Dunkin location in Pittsfield. Coffee is always fresh never burnt. Employees are super friendly and very accommodating. Travel out of the way specifically for this Dunkin every morning. Thank you to this Dunkin team for being amazing and providing great customer service!!

The donuts are the only reason I go here. The drive thru line is a huge accident waiting to happen. It weaves out into Tyler St. all the time, which definitely shouldn't happen because at times only a few cars are there, but no one in line can pull up even close to the car in front of them! So it creates such a back-up out into the street, I'm actually shocked that there hasn't been
Parking: The drive thru goes thru the parking lot, but no one can pull up enough to the next car in line, so it forces people out into the road holding up traffic. It even impedes the cars trying to park in an actual space, get out of their car, and go inside. I'm not sure when everyone forgot that it's common courtesy to pull up close to the car in front so that you can fit as many cars as possible into the line, but it's almost as if these drivers assume that by pulling within 5 ft means that they'll be automatically in an at-fault accident. Which is why going to this location is anxiety inducing.

Better off going to market 32. They have more donuts than this want to be donut shop. They run out of supplys early in the morning and are out all day. Shut it down.
