It was a nicely new renovated dining room however teenagers destroyed it and the garbage outside snd where smoking weed vaoes in the bathroom. They all went in the women's restroom. Boys and girls. Left s huge mess I went to wait for the bathroom and when 3 girls and 2 Boys came out in a cloud of smoke and smelt like weed.. besides that tge employees, food and service was great as Aways.

just left there, got a caramel craze latte and a chocolate frosted donut. the donut was very stale and the drink i got was horrible. 90% cream. i don’t even think there was coffee in my drink. 😡

Went in for my morning coffee, the girl took the order wrong so I politely told them and she snatched the coffee out of my hand and had a major attitude. I don't usually go to this Dunks but definitely not going back to this one again.

Owen the employee running drive-up orders was extremely rude, short and unprofessional!! I will be avoiding this location until he is fired. Service gets 2 stars because the girl at the window was very nice and apologetic.

horrible experience, rudeness and listlessness from the lady with the stars on her head, she did nothing but scream and pretend not to understand, very disappointed never again in this DD, anyone who doesn't know how to be in contact with the public should change jobs
Took a chance and walked in. Very dirty and not clean. Had an odd smell like old cooking oil. All the donuts looked stale and crumbly. When I asked if this was all they had, instant attitude. Instant. The broken English and nasty attitude says it all. This store should be condemned, it’s a greasy nasty mess. Stay away from this extremely filthy place. It is not a business. It’s a trash dump.
