Went this afternoon and the staff was amazing the helped me pick the donuts my son likes when I didn’t know the name. Drink was good and service was quick.

I stood and waited for a good 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The young man who took my order didn't appear to be trained on the register and had to keep asking other employees for help. Food and beverage came out in a fair amount of time.

Always use the drive-thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere. Staff is always great. Coffee seems watered down lately, I'm sorry to say.

I ordered two drinks through the mobile app. They didn’t have one of the drinks, but had the other. When I got the drink, I noticed it tasted like matcha instead of a Macchiato. She made me a matcha instead of a coffee😭😭😭 I was kinda sad because I was excited for my Macchiato. Also, what if I was someone with a Matcha allergy? The printed label still said “Macchiato” but I did not get it. Lol. It’s fine, but I couldn’t drive back and return it because I was in a rush. Wasted $7 :(

There was a long hair wrapped around my bacon egg and cheese. The rest of my order was good but that was actually pretty gross to bite into. I spent almost $30 on my order. So I’m not happy about wasting my breakfast to the trash can.

Normally this store can be hit or miss but this review is because of EL Jon, the best employee ever! Whatever signature drink regardless if I want a EL Frozen, EL Hot, or EL Iced its always made with care and perfection. If its later in the day and you need a good drink go into east street dunkin and ask for EL Jon and ask for one of his EL classics!
