Keep getting shorted on my order and I can’t even reach a human being when I call to see if they can fix their error. We all make mistakes but when I pay for something and don’t receive it, I want to be reimbursed and it made right. How can that happen if you can’t even speak to someone?

First off every female in there has an attitude problem (except like 2)for no reason. Real mean girl energy, secondly the girl who makes the hot food in the morning needs to take that stick out her ass and stop throwing shade at females bc she miserable at her job. Not to mention I Order here everyday and today was the worst experience my food has MASSIVE amounts of hair in it I spit my food out so fast and almost threw up. Dunkin on 1st ain’t it your better off going to Dalton ave or east street

No matter how many times I come here to request 3 shots of #mocha and #pumpkinspice into my #frozencoffee, they don’t bother putting in the right amount, compared to ALL other #dunkindonuts restaurants. On top of that, they keep messing up my #breakfast order and one of the female employees said to all her coworkers out loud, “I’m not gay”. ???Like that is supposed to be everyone’s business??? My god, I’m not stopping at this place anymore. No, I won’t accept any “free offers”.

Bathrooms are disgusting. I wouldn't take my dog in there to use it. No soap, TP roll is resting on the handrail. Not to mention the cap of a needle on the floor. Be careful using this bathroom.

I come here constantly to get points and get refreshed and it's close to where I live. Like the watermelon donuts even though I shouldn't eat donuts. The empanadas were real good.
