I’ve never had the simplest order get messed up so many times and have the most strange interactions in a drive thru at any other Dunkins except this one. I get in line and say “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”, they repeat gibberish back to me. I slow down and repeat my order again “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”. They repeat back “with milk?” So I say again “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”. They responded the amount I owe. I pull up to pay at the next window. The girl hands me some iced lemon Frappuccino with milk. I look at her and say “nope” “medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar”. She says “oh ok yup the medium hot”. I pay, she hands me my coffee, and I drive off. I take a sip, it’s a medium hot Carmel macchiato. I just wanted my medium hot French vanilla cream no sugar.

They need good management asap . At cashier didn’t know anything.
I used to visit DD daily even after working at several locations but I've gotten a uncooked muffin just straight dough and also my last coffee was like a dirty water... I always have gotten great products from our local DD but the last few months have been a real eye opener for me, the app didn't even respond either after I told them about raw uncooked muffin !!!!!!!!!

Always closes early. Every night they close their hot food earlier and earlier. Last night it was an hour early , tonight it was 2 hours early. How can the employees just decide they don’t want to cook anymore. Definitely needs better supervision
