Went in to order, and the system was down. Seems there is always something wrong at this location due to old equipment. The manager Greg, introduced himself with a handshake, and acted with pure professionalism and helped get me on my way. Definitely showed he cared more about customer satisfaction! The rest of the team has always been great as well! Thanks Greg!!!

Instantly forgot the order, had to repeat several times, they tried to say thanks bye without giving us half the order or the drinks. Made faces at our drink choices then gave us terrible drinks like this "black coffee" pictured. Literally tastes how it looks, like the water you use to rinse a real cup of coffee.....

I work with a group of people that have disabilities. We go in Friday mornings to get their coffees. Greg wouldn't even turn around to acknowledge us with his back turned we are only taking drive thru orders only. Absolutely no customer service skills he's rude and I'm surprised he still gets hired places

I waited 20 min for a warm coffee and a croissant while the entire staff was standing in front of the store eating and smoking while Otp not to mention the 5 cars that were behind me also waiting!

I would definitely not recommend this location. Every time I go through the drive through they always say we are not serving hot food because we haven't gotten a break yet. No big deal but I will not give and further business...Good thing there are like 10 others dunkins within 30 mintues.

First, hash browns should be cooked all the way through. It doesn't take much effort .... Just throw them in the fryer and it literally does the work for you. My breakfast sandwich was really good.Second, the absolutely disgruntled woman taking drive through orders should not be the face of your establishment. It’s the same blonde woman as the other review I’m sure. I've run a drive though in a fast food restaurant and yes, it's hard but also you have to at least be cordial. I was inside waiting for my order and all I heard her do was complain about the people in the drive through, "it's just coffee and donuts. Chill the f out". Classy. Maybe the manager who was just standing around listening doesn't care either?Obviously I won't be back and I know it doesn't matter because Dunkin' can do whatever the hell they want and people will just keep coming back. But there are other ones I will go to instead. The employee made me uncomfortable and I felt sad for the other workers who had to listen to her.
