Went in to order, and the system was down. Seems there is always something wrong at this location due to old equipment. The manager Greg, introduced himself with a handshake, and acted with pure professionalism and helped get me on my way. Definitely showed he cared more about customer satisfaction! The rest of the team has always been great as well! Thanks Greg!!!

Instantly forgot the order, had to repeat several times, they tried to say thanks bye without giving us half the order or the drinks. Made faces at our drink choices then gave us terrible drinks like this "black coffee" pictured. Literally tastes how it looks, like the water you use to rinse a real cup of coffee.....

I work with a group of people that have disabilities. We go in Friday mornings to get their coffees. Greg wouldn't even turn around to acknowledge us with his back turned we are only taking drive thru orders only. Absolutely no customer service skills he's rude and I'm surprised he still gets hired places
