Close to my home, but sad to say, I can usually drive out of town to another of their locations and get served much quicker than their drive thru line moves. This mornings wait was ridiculous and there was only 3 cars ahead of me, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get to window. Several cars behind me pulled out of line and left.

A very rude young lady at the counter inside... She asked what I would like and I said two donuts while in the middle of telling her my order she interrupted me by telling me the cost without listening to my order and then said the wrong order back to me I repeated the order a second time and while getting the donuts she asked me a third time with the wrong order (again) so I repeated for a third time so after she selected the first donut she headed into the back and I said that they're right there on the bottom row and she proceeded to say I didn't have to be so rude... If she would have listened the first time she would have heard it correctly... Then for her to say I was rude was just ridiculous... I used to stop at this Dunkin all the time but not anymore... This was Monday 10/14/24 at about 9:25 am ... I work for a company that has hundreds of employees and I will share this experience with them and be sure to tell them not to use this Dunkin ever again...

Door was locked 25mins before they closed. Big hours sign for lobby and drive thru. Both should have been open. Here out of town and have long trip and needed bathroom with my 2 kids and coffee....not happy

This is a older location. Only had donuts the morning I had stopped. The coffee was correct and fast.
Came in to dunkin, place was disgusting, countertop was sticky, like it need a good wipe down. Women's bathroom, there was soap all over floor. Workers standing around taking.

Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes, cars all around the building, just for my order to be wrong and totally burnt to a crisp ?, the woman who was working the register had a sling on her arm too so idk why she was working.? even the doughnuts tasted stale or old….
So it's a Dunkin inside a gas station the atmosphere isn't anything special but the staff are GREAT AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP!!! THEY GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT YUP ? LOVE THAT PART AS OTHERS DONT SO MUCH. If you want fresh and fast this location is the go to!!!!
Parking: Parking in front of store and how the side that the drive thru is on also has decent parking!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes 1st floor wheelchairs easily in and out including restrooms for EVERYONE!!!
Nothing better than running late for work, so figured I'd stop here because it's quick for a Large Americano 2cream 2 sugars, and what I got was Hot water with cream and sugar. No hint of coffee flavor let alone espresso. ??

Food is always fresh. But the service has been lacking lately. I go there 4-5 times a week and the same people work that shift. For the past month the exact same guy and girl have been taking care of my orders and have be really rude and very unwelcoming. I always say please and thank you and they just shove the drinks or food out the window with a sour look on their face. I hope this changes soon.
