Wednesday night pasta resumed for 2026 this week with a novel approach to Shepherd's Pie, Italian style which was this week's special. Marco blended ground beef and sausage with vegetables and sauce for a savory filling, topped with golden brown mashed potatoes from the oven. Half of the serving came home for lunch! Regular menu items include gnocchi, manicotti, ravioli and spaghetti.
Try it with a little vino d'uva, salad and fresh bread and you've got a meal!
