Starting outside, the location needs a little upkeep with the vegetation. It is a little overgrown, however it matches the decor of the public road which the town had let overgrow quite badly. The inside is quite a pleasant decor and appears clean. The staff was friendly and the food was quite tasty. The service was reasonable for the area. Mind you, I have become accustomed to southern service which is hard to beat.Overall, I am likely to visit again in the future.

I've been there twice myself and the food was great. Cooks were fun. Drinks were fantastic. First time going service was good as well and there were 10 of us. Called ahead of time with reservations so they were aware. However, this 2nd time around reservations were made again, large party(20) in a month advance so they had time to prepare. Again food and drinks were good. Service not so much. We had to keep asking for refills, they did not come to us. When they finally started bringing food in to cook, others who had ordered food from kitchen had already gotten theirs. That should've come out when the hibachi was finishing up so we could all eat together. They had two cooks. Both were given the same hibachi orders and we had two hibachis with different orders. The orders on the 2nd hibachi were not taken in order nor when we were asking for more drinks were they writing down who it would be charged to so when the checks came they were all messed up. It took us over an hour and a half for them to straighten this all out. It was ridiculous. When all was said and done, you would think at the very least deduct something from our bills, even a small amount or discount for next time. Nothing at all barely even an apology at that. Very poor for business especially with returning customers as my family has been there numerous times.

Dancing dragon roll and shaggy dog roll are my favorite dishes here. Sake is good. Cannot beat the half price sushi during happy hour. I don't recommend miso soup(tasteless) and bibimbop(just soso) though. Service is pretty attentive.

I remember whem this was charlie rices Howard johnsons 1982 I believe decor is stii from Dakota days the prices are good compared 2 those in g Barrington the happy hour specials are. Good as well we have usually have lunch specials and it's pretty good haven't been there 4 hibachi specials but heard it wasn't good I have worked in the area 4 20 years so I talk 2 average folks new Yorkers and tourists.the place should be better lit at nite very dark.and like most places un the Berkshires go during the week if you can!

The price for the sushi here is unbeatable. Make no mistake, this place does not serve top shelf sushi, but their happy hour menu is very very affordable, not to mention happy hour is 7 days a week here. Don't get me wrong, the sushi here is pretty good. And amazing for the price. I would highly recommend it for someone on a budget who wants to fill up on sushi.

Food and service are generally very good, and the cocktail hour 1/2 price menu is a bonus. However, I do not understand why the management does not take the overall appearance of the place more seriously. The exterior of the building is in disarray and is messy with debris and litter. The sign near the road is nearly invisible, especially at night. (small, not well lit) The entry porch is decaying, generally and especially the floor, and the railings are undependable (wobbly). Inside, the lobster tank is usually empty and needs serious cleaning. These things make a poor first impression. I would not be surprised if people walk away before even going in. Our Hibachi experiences were not good. One chef picked up his spatula from the floor, wiped it on his cloth and continued to use it.

Server was sweet, meal came fast. I ordered tri color sushi, spider roll, shrimp veggie tempu. The tuna was dry and difficult to bite..Old. Miso soup was very bland. Didn't eat it. The spider roll had a very odd taste. Took one bite, Didn't eat it. The shrimp tempura appetizer was very good. I didn't eat 90% of my meal. The server asked if I wanted my meal boxed and I said NO Thank you and explained why. She pretty much ignored the rest but tried to explain that the tuna was that way because it was so fresh. no, nope. That's not at all why but thank you. My bill came. I paid. I tipped ... but I won't be back.

We had a reservation for 7. Arrived at 6:50....I have never been to a restaurant, when you walk in, where staff looks at you. Walks past you. REPEATEDLY And never acknowledges you. No one smiles. No one greats you. No one looks close to being approachable. This was my first and definatly my last time here. I am not impressed and if it wasn't new Years eve I would have gone elsewhere. Not to mention there were two KIDS not older than 10, MAYBE 12 years old seating people!!!!!!! Then, you get seated and people walk past you. Look at you and NO SERVICE. That's a new definition of slow service. More like NO SERVICE...therefore, we walked out and went to KOTO for an amazing dinner ...!!!!

The host was friendly, the decor was lovely and we were excited to try the menu. Except we waited and waited and waited and didnt even get an acknowledgment. The place wasn't busy, maybe they were understaffed. However, an "I'll be right with you" goes a long way.

Happy hour time has changed to 2-5pm. Luckily we got there in time. Enso iced tea was weak and bland. I probably won't order drink from here again. We ordered a bunch of app and sushi from the happy hour menu. I liked shu mai, seaweed salad, kani salad and shrimp tempura roll. Service was attentive. Booth seats were tight and uncomfortable.

It is a very over priced, Chinese run Japanese restaurant. Ponzu sauce was not authentic, sashimi quality average yet definitely not worth the price. I was disappointed since by the ratings I thought this would be an authentic Japanese owned Japanese restaurant.

Good sushi and curry dishes! Drinks are good too. I like the atmosphere. It tends to be quieter then many other places I go out. Ample to space to have your own conversations and to enjoy a quiet night out. Staff is very friendly too!

We had eaten at Enso a handful of times and had an amazing waitress who was super helpful with our families allergies. Tonight was a much different experience at the hibachi table. Our food was contaminated with our allergens in front of us, and we discussed it with the cook. Waited over an hour for our check so I decided to converse with manager about the experience hoping to be able to comfort my decision to be able to come back (since dining out with allergies is challe
