I was picking up an order for uber eats. I had taken 30 minutes to get there and when I got there they were still working on my small order. They had like 15 staff members too and it wasn’t even that busy. I waited like another 20 minutes in there for them to just finish my order. The service is absolutely garbage.

This five guys is one of the stingiest I've ever been to with the French fry portions. They barely fill the cup with fries whatever your ordered size. And they never add the extra scoop of fries standard at every other five guys. The food is good, but this location will short change you on your French fry portion size every time.
Busy place but the staff is very upbeat and positive. Steven T was who rang me up and that guy was hustling. He is a huge asset to your business and I hope he is well taken care of. I own a business myself and recognize quickly a good employee! Good food as well

Tried the all beef bacon, cheese hot dog for something different. Added cooked onions and mushrooms. Guess what? It was incredibly good. Will definitely be getting it again. Of course, had to order a side of fries, always the best.

The staff could be more friendly and talk to the customers instead of you as the customer initiating the conversation or order!!! Other than the lack of communication and friendliness the food IS BUSSIN BUSSIN!!!!!

5 Guys is a breath of fresh air! Under new management, this local favorite has truly upped its game. The changes are evident from the moment you walk in the door. The atmosphere is more inviting, the food is terrific. The service is incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The young woman who took our order was pleasantly outgoing, authentic and fun to speak with. I was so taken aback I sought out the manager to let them know my experience.
If you haven't been to 5 Guys in Pittsfield recently, it's definitely worth checking out again in my opinion. I hope your experience is positive too!

Ordered two bacon cheeseburger bowls with extra toppings and sauces and cheese, they both came with a plain patty, no sauces, only 1 cheese, and no toppings whatsoever besides a couple onions and one singular piece of lettuce in one of the bowls. Paid extra for the xtra bacon, and extra cheeses and didn’t get any of it. Not to mention there were about 10 fries in the bag of fries we ordered too

The lady who took my order was extremely quick to put it in and got every single thing right. My order of 2 triple burgers was done in under 5 minutes. And all of the toppings for both burgers were correct. Go Pittsfield five guys.
