The absolute best Chinese food in Pittsfield! Everything I've had is delicious. The service is super fast as there are many chefs. The owner is delightful and frequently cooks as well as running the front counter. The atmosphere is typical and comfortable though we usually get takeout. Once when we needed delivery, the owner did that, too!
We order from Fortune Express regularly and have consistently great experiences. Lunch specials are huge and priced at a good value. I love their hibachi rice. It’s simple, yet very tasty. We are yet to be disappointed and have had many take out orders.
This place.is A+++ . I placed an order to go. When I arrived back at work, I noticed they shorted my order by 1 appetizer, before I could call them back, they actually called to let me know they shorted me. They offered to deliver it to me. I would highly recommend them.
