I order a wing combo but instead I received bonless spare ribs and sweet and sour chicken. I mentioned on the phone about the wings and asked if they could make them spicy but couldn't so they gave me hot sauce so they fully knew I wanted ribs. however, the food was good so I guess I pretty happy

in a word – wow! The Golden Phoenix's cuisine is so good, I just wanna jump up and make my backbone slide ~ I have only had their soup and the beef with Chinese vegetables (amazing) – and their eggrolls which are tasty and hot! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone… thank you Golden Phoenix! S.

I see they have some low rating - not sure if it's just that I ordered but what I had was honestly the best Chinese food I've ever had (American style obviously) I get the shrimp Mei Fun all the time, which is AMAZING. And the fried crab ragoon is the best in pittsfield at least. Those are the only two items I order. But I highly recommend them.
Customer service has gotten better but food has not. I got general tso's lunch with pork fried rice. The chicken was overcooked and tough because it was from the day before so it was hard to eat and the rice was disgusting. Not to mention they were stingy on the portions for the price but for some reason, not 1 single restaurant in Pittsfield has good rice. They all taste the same. Won't be returning.

Super fast delivery. Great food. The delivery person was super friendly and kept thanking me. The teriyaki beef was extremely tender and the chicken was done just right. I can't add a photo, because I ate it all. I plan on trying everything on their menu. So good.
