Just wanted a cup of coffee, but I was blown away. Some of the best drip coffee I have ever tasted. So good, my wife bought two pounds of beans, and the brew coming out of my $15 Mr Coffee was just as good! Too bad they have no stores in Ct

I’ve been a long time Guidos customer and have loved them for many years. Since the new owners have taken over, they have gone through many problems. I consistently have to check my receipt. Items are mislabeled with tremendous price increases and incorrect labels. Nuts are labeled as meat and charged accordingly. I placed an order today and when I went to pick it up, I was told that I called the wrong store. There was no pizza just accusations from the people behind the counter who did not do their job. Despite showing them on my phone that I called the Pittsfield store they continued to argue and said that I didn’t. That will be the last time I order from them. Whitney’s also carries the same local produce at a far reduced price. Whitney’s also doesn’t treat their customers like they’re in the wrong when they make a mistake. Guidos has lost my business.
Delicious food. Great variety.
We purchased a vegan chocolate cake, mini apple cider donuts, and chocolate walnut cookies. All were delicious, and a nice surprise! They have several clearly marked vegan items in the bakery section in the back of the store and also in the case by the registers. They seemed to carry a lot of vegan-friendly items and brands as well, and I saw that they carry their own line of homemade vegan fresh pasta (we didn't try it, but it looked great).

This is inside of a grocery store, for those who do not know. It’s not a sit-down cafe with an atmosphere.Matcha latte was good.
I shop here often and am able to grab vegan staples such as tofu, bulk grains and beans, and any vegan snack I could desire. I especially like the garden of vegan sandwich from the deli, as well as the vegan and wheat free chocolate chip cookies that they make in store. My go-to drink is the bombshell which consists of kombucha, lemon and ginger juice, and turmeric and cayenne. Spicy and delicious.

The market is wonderful. The cafe was an absolute disaster. Everyone was super helpful and kind, which I deeply appreciated, but this was honestly the worst espresso I've had in my life (and I've had an awful lot, I was also a barista for a while). The regular coffee was fine. In all fairness, we didn't try anything else, and this might have been a fluke, but we will definitely be trying a different cafe if we're ever in town again.

Smaller sized grocery with lots of healthy options. Many prepared foods as well, including a sandwhich station, a pizza bar, and a salad bar. Vegan options are offered as well. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the restrooms were tidy!

This place is a gem. Their coffees with their homemade syrups are great. Anytime I go through the area, Guido’s and their cafe is a must stop. Do yourself a favor and try this place.
