We have ordered about 4 times in last few months. Today I ordered online as usual. Clicked no onions on my salad. Picked up food. Got home and covered in onions! And covered in what tasted like sesame seeds!! I sent a message to their page. And was argued back that it was how I ordered it. And call if I want to discuss. So I called. And Morgan (said manager) was very rude but in a condicening cutesy voice. That there was nothing she could do. The food was just how I ordered it and that it was pepper. (Thats no pepper I have ever eaten)!! Disgusting.. and u can see the food was on my counter still at 930 pm.. nastiness. I offered to even bring it back. And she refused any help!! I will NEVER order here again

All of the food was terrible. The sliders were cold and tasted like old charcoal. Mac and cheese lacked cheese! Although the server was friendly, her advice on the degree of spice/heat on the wings sauce was completely off. We were asking about mild sauces and ordered accordingly. Only 6 out of 16 were on the mild side. On the other hand the beer selection was great!

Excellent wings!

Just had dinner there. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which says on the menu smothered in BBQ sauce. I have ordered this before as take out, and knew it didn't have enough BBQ sauce on it. So when I ordered tonight I asked for extra BBQ sauce, it came with a very small container of sauce, the sandwich didn't look like there was any sauce on it at all. The waiter came back over I asked for more BBQ sauce, he asked if I wanted a larger size, I said yes. When the bill came, I was charged for the first extra sauce, and then again for the larger size. If it was smothered like it said on the menu. I wouldn't have to ask for more sauce, and I wouldn't had to pay for it. As I didn't know it was an extra charge.

I have been to this establishment 4 times prior and had a great time and ate great food. This time I had an issue with my order, honestly more than one. In the past here I have ordered fries with cheese and received fries with a creamy delicious white cheese sauce. That is the reason I have come back 3 times since. This time my fries came out with a melted cheddar on top and soggy and gross. I asked the waiter who said they haven't had cheese sauce since he started. I put the plate aside and did not touch it. After I finished eating I was astounded when the bill still had those nasty fries on it. I will not be back. I stop here after my potency visit every time. Guess I'm gonna try that hot dog spot.

When I called to order wings. A lady answered and was very rude and unfriendly. If she doesn’t like working in customer service they shouldn’t be working in there.

Stopped in for dinner, Server was polite and friendly. Food was great, southwest egg rolls were very good. Overall great meal..

I had a drink and a small order of wings called their "paper plate". It's almost too many for one person, I got their southwestern dry rub seasoning. So good
