My coworker and I went to the Pittsfield mass location. We ordered take out. We changed our mind after receiving our food. We went and sat at the bar and ordered two sodas. The lady running the bar was extremely rude. She slamed our cups down. Forcefully yanked the receipt and bank card away from us. We will definitely not be returning. We will try Teo's instead.

The place was super busy, but we were able to find a table quickly. The service was quick, and the food was quite tasty. We ordered the fried green beans as our appetizer. They were perfectly fried and the sour cream and horseradish dip was delicious. We ordered three of their baby hot dogs with "everything" (special sauce, mustard, and onions. The baby hot dogs are about 3.5 " long and simply adorable. They were yummy. My husband ordered their Texas burger, it does not come with a side. It would have been nice if our server had pointed this out. The patty looked dry but overall it was okay. I ordered the buffalo mac & cheese. The portion was sizable and nicely presented in a sizzling cast iron skillet. It had some heat but not a lot of buffalo flavor. It was cheesy and had a few pieces of chicken throughout. I enjoyed the meal.

Called up and ordered two Delmonico steaks and two side salads…easy right? Apparently not. ?♀️ Show up to grab our order, only to be told they ran out of Delmonico steaks. No apology or offer of compensation in any way. They claimed they tried to call and tell us before we arrived, which they absolutely did NOT, nothing in my recent call history. Could’ve overlooked this as an honest mistake, but customer service definitely ISN’T worth returning. Disappointing waste of time.

Place was slammed busy. Walk in and seat yourself, no waiting to be seated. I was quite pleased with the "baby hot dogs" they were really good. I ordered 2 of those with "everything" really tasty. I also ordered the burger with hot dog sauce, onions, and cheese. I had my burger medium well and came out perfect. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. It is a place that if I lived closer to I would be a regular.

The food was good but overpriced. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese. It came without salad or any garnish. I sat at the bar since I was alone, Heather the barkeep was less than personable or attentive to me. Answers to questions I asked, were just as Spartan in response. My final words upon leaving was.."haven't felt this welcome in a place since walking into the Cowboy Bar in Jackson WY without a cowboy hat". She merely laughed.

Best ranch dressing I've ever had on a salad. If you want your dressing on the side you must let them know since they assume how much dressing you want and pour it on themselves. Spaghetti and meatballs were good but to only get 2 meatballs was outrageous.

Fun atmosphere. Seemed a little bit of everyone was there, but not painfully crowded. Food was excellent!! Our server was wonderful and very pleasant. We intend to be regulars despite the distance from our home!
