Staff was very friendly and professional the food was great I ordered the inferno with chicken it was very spicy the way I like my food spicy. I don't understand the bad rating none of them are true. Those customers must want the staff to kiss their gluteus maximus

The staff were very friendly and polite....however the food was a huge disappointment..I ordered the mild chicken quesadilla and it had zero flavor i mean imagine what it was like when you had covid and couldn't taste a thing....that's what it was like eating this quesadilla. The beef taco had good flavor but the meat didn't even melt the cheese so it was mildly warm beef and cold cheese.

Hot Harry’s is a quick go to place for tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and salads. I’ve eaten in, picked up, and Door Dashed food from this location. The ingredients are fresh and your order can be completely customized with more of this and less of that. Different spice levels are available so you get just the right kind of heat you’re looking for. I have always been happy with my food choices. The last time we ordered, I got a smothered burrito with pork. Yum, yum, and more yum. The portions are pretty big and I often save some to enjoy later. The service is friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable.

Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito.As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl - they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self-serve salsa station.Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star.

Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as an option (which was a nice change from places that only offer vegetables as a vegetarian option).

The food was not bad, but the server was in such a rush he was just throwing the ingredients onto the burrito. Just slopping it on there like in a prison or school cafeteria, some of the chicken fell off the counter...I get it, it's Hot Harrys and not a five star restaurant, but slow down, and act professional in the food industry.

Hot Harry's is wonderful. I'm told it's very similar to Moe's or Chipotle. Many of my friends and coworkers prefer it to those chain places. The food is always consistent and delicious. The staff is always friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough.
