The food has gone down hill , I ordered a chicken casadia and the chicken use to be all white meat, this was dark meat and there wasn't much cheese. It was really not good.

The team that was working on Wednesday, January 31st was wonderful. They were busy but worked very well together. The man in charge, with a black hat and some facial hair, greeted everyone at the door as soon as you walked in. It was refreshing to get that type of customer service in a Fast Casual restaurant. Food was great and keep up the excellent customer service!
I am absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed here today. There was a young man who clearly is a New hire, struggling on the line to wrap burritos, and clearly still learning recipes, and the girl to the left of him also working on the line as well as an older man (who I’m suspecting is the owner/boss) were treating him absolutely horrible. Having him struggle, barely giving him support or teaching him. I had to say something in order for one of them to hop on and help. The girl then kicked him off the line after he asked her for help, then when he went to the back he was covering his face crying, and I heard the older man clearly screaming at him from the front. The utter disrespect and treatment of this employee was enough for me to never walk back in there again. I then confronted the girl and told her that what she did was mean and she rolled her eyes at me and turned around. If you have morals and blatant respect, DO NOT EAT HERE. I’m just so disgusted. I hope this poor young man finds it in himself to leave this disgusting establishment.

This was the 4th time in a row that I haven't had a good experience here. Today I ordered a harvest burrito that was advertised on their website and was given last month's burrito of the month. If the burrito wasn't available then I should have been informed about it when I specifically asked for the harvest burrito. On top of ordering nachos with no beans that came covered in beans.. the time before this incident I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes after I ordered. After waiting in line for 10 minutes without anyone asking for pickup orders they finally asked and they said I ordered from north street, so waiting another 10 minutes to be able to show them my receipt, I show them and they said that that's weird and they will make me another, they continued to make other customers orders and for another 10 minutes im waiting and they asked me what I ordered, I tell them and all of a sudden they remembered that they already made that order 30 minutes ago. I never have this problem going to North Street and I will no longer be going to Tyler Street as I give them the benefit of the doubt ever single time I order from here. Very disappointed in the service and seriousness presented by the staff and the quality of the food from this branch

Either my taste buds have changed drastically, or something is off because my food doesn’t taste the same as it always has. Also, y’all’s phone never seems to work. I called from my work phone about 9x and another 7 from my cell phone and it just says it’s busy. When I arrived a couple times to have a mistake fixed, both times no one was on the phone. So probably want to get phone fixed so we can call to make an order :)Staff is great though!! :)

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger burrito. The guy making my food must have been on some sort of drug or was stoned or something. I'm standing there he takes a deep breath while looking at me for about 10 seconds and says "uhhhh sorry um, how are you doing, oh I know you. You always get the same thing no tomatoes and the other guy gets it with tomatoes, you come in all the time." No idea what he was talking about and I hadn't been in Hot Harry's in about 6 months. Weird interaction. He then put onions in my burrito, it does not say with onions on the menu. I didn't stop him because it was already too late. He would have to had made an entirely new burrito but I like onions so whatever. Got home, bit into it and it was unpalatable. The onions ruined the entire burrito. I shouldn't have been so nice and that's probably why I'm giving the restaurant a bad review, but if it were a sit down restaurant I wouldn't have known. I've never thrown away an entire order before but this stoned dude completely f**ked my order up and gave me the sense this restaurant hires drugged out idiots. Tyler St. Pittsfield Ma location - avoid.
