More like a 4.5. Despite competition in the Berkshires, an Indian stand out in Pittsfield. Menu has thali and buffet reduced to Mon and Fri only now. Really good food and nice owner

The front desk lady seems like she does not want to be there.. she's does not have customer service quality's at all Made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a very welcoming environment unfortunately

The food was delicious, but the chicken in everything was a little dry. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because of service. I had to duck into the kitchen to be seated, get water and ask for refills at the buffet. No one was watching or paying attention. I understand if they were extremely busy but every time I had to grab the front of the house they were just glued to their phone in the kitchen.

I didn’t like it. Paneer Naan was hard and had very little filling. Bartha had big chunks of tomatoes and was not tasty like the usual Indian restaurants. Maybe I chose the wrong dishes…

Prices are peaks with their quantity. Service is very bad and also welcoming is very poor. The Cashier/ Server face is disinterested in service. We ordered Thali , the price is $28/- The quality is much lesser than the price charged.

I would pick up lunch & dinner here regularly. Their food is great, atmosphere is comfortable, and the manager was always so kind. I know many people that also feel the same. I moved out of Pittsfield, but miss the food and service!
