I was initially skeptical about this restaurant, but when I was invited for a birthday dinner and it was the birthday celebrant’s choice, I was pleasantly surprised. The experience struck a perfect balance between casual dining and fine dining. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was excellent. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful dining experience.

Decent food, and friendly service. VERY overpriced and small portions.

Treated my Uncle and myself to a delicious meal here at the bar. We shared the tuna tempura roll. He had a red curry bowl and I had the drunken noodles ala Jaes. Everything was nothing short of stellar. Don't let it fool you because its in a lodging establishment, good eats are had here!

I always get the Bento lunch which is excellent, but my friend gets different things each time. The clay pot curry is outstanding!

We liked it, not a typical hotel restaurant. Looked like a lot of locals came for Christmas dinner. I enjoyed their take on hot and sour soup. The beets salad, bibimbap, drunken noodles, dumplings were also especially good

Wonderful Christmas dinner at Jae's! Pleasantly surprised to find they were open, so we made a reservation and were not disappointed. The drunken noodles and beef jap chae were excellent.

We were there for breakfast. The service was atrocious. The ham on my egg sandwich was incredibly dry and the rest of the sandwich wasn't much better. We were not the only people unhappy. It might be great for lunch or dinner, but go elsewhere for breakfast.

I am writing to express concern about an incident that occurred at your restaurant today when I was asked to leave while accompanied by my service dog and my daughter. I am 76 year old woman with lime disease. leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis and some diminished mental capacity.

My service dog has been trained to take me home. I love to walk but sometimes get disoriented and lost.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals with disabilities are allowed to bring their trained service animals into restaurants and other public places. The law specifically states that businesses may not require documentation for a service animal and may not deny entry unless the animal is out of control or not housebroken.

At no point was my dog disruptive or unclean. Being asked to leave was distressing and discriminatory. I hope this was a misunderstanding, and I would appreciate your staff being informed of the ADA’s service animal requirements so this does not happen to anyone else.

For your reference, the Department of Justice outlines these rules on the ada web site. This is a federal law.

Tried to order takeout and had to call multiple times before getting through-the phone would ring and ring then disconnect. When we got home, we noticed the rice for the stir fry was forgotten, all the vegetables were peppers and onions and the drunken noodles were thick and gummy. Horrible experience from start to finish both bad service and bad food and expensive to boot.

Tyler was an attentive and helpful waiter but must speak louder for us old farts. Wife had the work sea bass dish and was pleased with presentation, size, taste. Duck dish was deep fried and was plentiful but not a stellar dish. Bartender made a fabulous bullet Manhattan. Very pleasant vibe

I WAS THERE WITH A GROUP OF CO-WORKERS.. I ORDERED THE RIBS, & SHRIMP FRIED RICE WHICH WAS DELICIOUS.. IT WAS A BIT NOISY, AND THE WAITRESS GOT OUR BILL WRONG A FEW TIMES, BECAUSE IT WAS FOUR OF US, AND OF COURSE WE WANTED TO PAY SEPARATELY WHICH WE DID TELL HER.. I THINK SHE WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OR SOMETHING.. AT THAT POINT AFTER SHE SCREWED IT UP.. WE JUST FIGURED IT OUT, AND ALL JUST PITCHED IN.. SHE HAD ONE RECEIPT FIRST, THEN SHE BROUGHT US TWO.. IT WAS CRAZY.. OTHER THAN THAT THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND A BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE, BUT THE STAFF WASN'T NICE, AND SOME OF THE PPL AROUND US WASN'T NICE EITHER.. THERE WAS A CRYING BABY, AND STAFF ASKED IF THEY COULD LEAVE ALONG WITH THEIR BABY & TODDLER.. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY RUDE.. I TOLD MYSELF THAT I HOPE THEY CHANGE THERE MANNERS AND BE MORE CONSIDERATE!
