This place is local. Everyone knows each other. It feels like visiting a friend or family member's home.
When I went the highlights were the hash browns and my partner's sausages that I ate most of without any shame. Best sausages I've had in years.
Everything was made to perfection. It felt like I was in a diner and I loved every second of it.
It's probably written everywhere but I missed it. It's cash only. There's an ATM inside that has a $2.50 fee to use. It is worth the fee to eat here but if you're reading this and you can go to an ATM and not pay the fee then your visit will be that much better.

service was okay, but the food was just off. I’m a big fan of eating breakfast and after eating at Kelly’s yesterday. I don’t think I’ll be going there again. After not even 10 minutes of leaving, I started having really bad stomach problems, and started vomiting. Then my husband started feeling sick as well and we eventually had to call of our plans for the day because whatever we ate at Kelly’s just did us no good.

We used to get take out breakfast here 3-5 times a week. Once covid hit, we took a step back from eating out. We tried to stop in a few months ago for take out as we used to. Waitress laughed at us and said we don't do take out, even though their own Facebook advertises in store pick up and still does to this day. Even if that were your policy, with absolutely no signs anywhere stating it, ad a customer interacting employee, your first response should never be to laugh and berate a person trying to give you business. Will never go back and support such behavior, there's much more deserving local businesses in the area that you should support.
