We had our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Mazzeo’s and absolutely loved our entire experience! Debbie managed all of the details and made the opening night of our wedding weekend in Lenox so special. We even asked for a salsa dance lesson to take place during the welcome party, and they accommodated all of our needs! The food was exceptional, the staff were kind, attentive and professional, and the overall experience was more than we could have ever asked for. Thank you, Mazzeo’s, for bringing such joy and flavor to our wedding weekend! ❤️
We came here after we came one time and so that the restaurant is full. We thought it will be a good restaurant but unfortunately the food was NOT good!!! If food is a measure of taste, I’ll be sure everyone will agree that service was unpleasant! The waitress wasn’t nice AT ALL. We got a gnocchi and my husband told me that the chicken in the dish is not eatable (and he never ever saying such things). My daughter meatball was cold inside and the cacio e pepe was full of sauce, parsley on top (why?) and served over cooked ravioli. The two only things that were tasty were the red sauce in the dishes and pasta in the we got with the meatball.

It's starting to look a little run down in there. The food is good. It's not super welcoming when the wait staff starts breaking down all the other tables while there is still a half full dining room. And maybe tell them not to.bad mouth people when other are in earshot

My husband literally said, "I believe this is the best meal I have ever had!" He got the Veal Oscar. I dont eat much, so I got the meatball appetizer and a SIDE of ravioli. Ya'll the SIDE of Ravioli comes with like 12 ravioli! It's a whole meal in itself! The meatballs are dense and full of flavor. We also got the mushrooms, and they are very good. We are out of town and rely on reviews to find places to eat, I hope this review find the next visitor and brings them here. If we come back to Pittsfield, we will most definitely stop here again! Thank you!

Getting over the incredibly long wait for the food (app came soon, and then a 45 minute wait for one pasta - and the wrong one, which added to the wait), the food was ok. Just ok. Vodka sauce on the pasta needed seasoning and the sausage seemed nothing close to homemade. Not that it’s supposed to be, but the hope was that it would be flavorful. It wasn’t. Lively place, though! People were having fun. I wasn’t, but hoping I just got unlucky with the service.

Excellent place for a nice quiet dinner in a great atmosphere and very tasty food. The chicken parmigiana was to die for. The picture I took does not do it justice. It looks like a small but it really isn’t.
Went here for our anniversary dinner. Service was polite and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, scallops were cooked perfectly. Canolis for dessert. Would absolutely come back again. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere

We had the toasted walnut goat cheese salad, veal Marsala, the pasta with tenderloin and portobello mushrooms finishing with tiramisu. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and the atmosphere is cozy. Enjoyed our waiter as well! Great experience and would highly recommend.experience

Food had really healthy servings and a very "warm" feel to the place. A long time worker was celebrated for his birthday while the entire restaurant sang happy birthday. Pretty good wine selection. Desert options were great. Would come back for sure. Vegetarian friendly. Bruschetta was really fresh.

Overall, I wasn't impressed. Sat at the bar. The bartender was nice but wasn't attentive. I had to ask for utensils. She only charged me for one drink (I had two), I think she realized I wasn't really pleased. Food is not all that impressive. Other patrons there were loud and annoying. I recommend Frankie's or Mario's in New Lebanon over Mazzeo's.
