Absolutely disgusting the fries are ice cold when delivered from using door dash which was fast delivery so I know they sat around for a bit and on top of that my daughter didn't get her happy meal and how convenient I call to complain or see if something can be done and your mailbox is full and nobody is answering the phone....I'm super pissed as this was a lunch treat for my daughter for handling a doctor's appointment very well and now I'm out of money and she's out of a meal....y'all need to get it together I understand fast food and mistakes happen I worked at this location 20years ago but to have cold food and missing items is completely ridiculous

I just left mcdonalds and get to where im going and the food is cold and they gave me one of the items wrong. I wanted the limited strips and they gave me regular nuggets and they gave me a sprite when I ordered a hic with no ice but I corrected then about the drink

All I wanted was a hot chocolate with vanilla and a saugauge , egg, & cheese sandwich. My sandwich was good but my hot chocolate was trash. As much as a large hot chocolate is all I got was water and vanilla. Omg, I was so pissed, I felt like taking it back and throwing it in her face. To have your heart set on something and not a lick of hot chocolate no where in the cup. So I paid damn near $6 or 7 dollars for a large hot chocolate I want to scream that is to much money not to get what you pay for….i hate this place the only thing they can do right is make a breakfast sandwich but everything thing else is either cold or too simple to make right. Just shut this place down.

5 bux for a single Egg mcmuffin sandwich is wild.... one overcooked egg, half slice cheese amd a barely toasted English muffin....a fast food breakfast should not cost 15 bux... terrible quality , poor service and 9 times out of 10 u have to pull to the side and wait for them to bring the food out. I was visiting Pittsfield for the day, and this McDonald's is by far better than the one I usually go to here in RI. The wait at the drive thru was a big long, but that was made up with their quickness and politeness.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Ali during a recent visit. I asked a simple question about my order, and in response, she slammed my drink down without explanation. I waited patiently and calmly addressed the situation when she returned, letting her know I didn’t mean any disrespect and that I was simply unaware of how the process worked. I remained polite and calm throughout.
Instead of responding professionally, she became defensive and told me to “come to the right line with your order next time,” which felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncalled for.
I understand that fast food environments can be stressful, but basic courtesy and respectful communication go a long way. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff of the importance of maintaining professionalism—even in busy situations.

On the road working came here for lunch there not accepting any codes or debit cards. Annoyed I said okay they tried to charge me 15.76 For a large sprit and two mcchickens. I said that's absurd am I dumb. He said idk you want it or not. I left I got food I stopped here to use the bathroom. I go into the mens room the toilet is full of crap puke and there's six herion needles in the toilet. I tell the manger and she informs me they don't clean the bathroom matinace will have to come. I ask to use the women's room because I have IBS and need to go this 18 year old girl of a manger told me someone flushed a pad and needles down the womens toilet last week and they haven't had it fixed. Disgusting I can't belive this place is ran by children

A FEW MONTHS BACK I STOPPED HERE AND GOT A SHAMROCK SHAKE IT WAS NASTY AND WATERY, NOT THICK AT ALL.. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.. I LOVE THE FRAPPES THOUGH AND THE $5 MEAL DEALS! ON 7/29 THIS MORNING I WANTED BREAKFAST, AND GOT A MOCHA FRAPPE NO WHIP CREAM, & THE SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE IS THE BOMB.. A BIT PRICEY.. MY ENTIRE BREAKFAST ORDER CAME UP TO $13.. THE DAMN HASH BROWN IS $3.09.. JUST CRAZY WITH THE PRICES GOING UP EVERYWHERE.. I WON'T GET ANOTHER HASH BROWN FROM MCD'S.. THAT'S TOO MUCH $$$ FOR A DAMN HASH BROWN!!
