Sometimes left sitting at the drive thru speaker for minutes before service starts. Sometimes you come here and the food is hot, made nicely, and everyone is super pleasant. Other times the food is cold or hard, you wait forever for service and you are disappointed you spent the money. Today our biscuits for our breakfast sandwiches were hard as hockey pucks. We tend to go to the one on the other side of Pittsfield if it's going to be a part of our route just because it's more consistent for what we can expect.

The Adams Massachusetts location in particular. Quality and service are at an all time low! Prices are off the charts. A cheeseburger with a slice of cold, unmelted cheese....out of products constantly. Tear it down, build a Sonic, or a Burger King!

I’ve never experienced a bad McDonald’s until today. I ordered breakfast before it was over on the mobile app, I waited a bit and then went for it, I didn’t think that they’d throw it or not have it ready because I already paid for it and I ordered it BEFORE breakfast was over. I’ve ordered breakfast from McDonald’s 10 minutes before it was over and I always got it even if it was sitting there for 20 minutes. I got to the drive thru and they told me they weren’t doing breakfast but I told them I had ordered it already so how can I go about getting my money back and the guy on the speaker never said anything he stayed quiet bcz I could hear the fryer in the background. So I told him I’d go inside to talk about it so I did. I proceeded to go inside and I tried to talk to a lady with a grey sweater on, on the sweater the name was “Leylan, or Layla” not too sure but when I tried to speak to her she ignored me and just kept talking to the employees, the manager looked like he was just out of it and when I asked him about it he said they were already making it so I waited about 10 min just for them to say it was a McMuffin when I ordered sausage biscuits and an oatmeal so in total I waited 45 extra min just to have my food ready. I paid an extra 3 dollars for bacon and didn’t get it, no jelly as asked on the order. Never had a bad experience in my life with you guys. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid.

Have been there several times. Uncomfortable atmosphere eating there as prejudice people talk negatively about minorities, illegal immigrants, the blacks and the Mexicans and of course the Democrats. They are very loud and repulsive.
