They were out of half of the menu. No chicken fried steak no roast beef half the menu is roast beef. No cole slaw only one hamburger left only one Ruben left. Heard them tell another table no steak. No bell peppers for omelette. How do you run a business like this.

I came to this diner for my annual visit and am so upset over the treatment I received from the manager Bonnie and our server Kelly. I was not happy with what I ordered and when I told Kelly she said “ well I’ll wrap it up but I still have to charge you for it because there is nothing wrong with it”. I asked to speak to a manager so Bonnie the manager came out and as I tried to explain to her she interrupted me would not let me speak and said to me “ I don’t want to hear your mouth I’ll just take it off your bill”. I have never had someone speak so rude to me at a restaurant. She really needs to take some programs on how to deal with the public. I will be taking this to someone above her so others will be spared her wrath. I will be posting this on several social media sites.

I've been going to misty moonlight diner since before they were at their current location since they were at East Street and have never had a bad meal until today my meal itself was perfect my son's egg Benedict was perfect but the four orders that I got to go of biscuits and gravy should have never left the kitchen it looked horrible tasted even worse it's almost like they had leftover gravy and not enough sausage and the sausage that they added to the gravy was crispy unpalatable couldn't even chew it it was so hard I almost came back for a refund had I not fed it to my dog the dog was exceptionally happy with it I just wasn't happy with the $64 I paid for four meals that nobody could eat besides the dog I will give them one more chance to make this right the food that is I don't want my money back because it's too late for me to go there now they close at 2:00 otherwise I would have went and got a refund the service was impeccable is always I tipped the waitress $20 cuz she is always does a great job like Fabian I just don't know her name best waitress in the place best waiter Fabian worst food I ever had this pleasure of trying to eat I am sorry for these harsh words but they need to be said if in the future you run out of biscuits and gravy just take them off the menu do not try to make something that takes time to make in a flash because it never comes out right I was a chef for 20 years so I know how to make biscuits and gravy next to mine that's the best gravy I've ever had except for today sorry Misty moonlight I'm very very unhappy with this I've never brought back a point ever only wish I thought about writing this before I fed it to the dog that way I should have showed you a picture this is only for the management do not share this with customers cuz I will mark it private

Very cool place inside. Clean, good coffee. The food was mediocre. I ordered a spicy Benny and the jalapeños looked like they were dumped on it from a can. The muffin had very little flavor. I'd be willing to go again for the atmosphere and maybe try lunch.

Only thing hot was eggs the home fries cold and over cooked like left over from day before toast also cold and they didn't offer jelly for it. Seems more if you are a regular customer you get better service. There was two tables that the wait staff knew and they received better service.

Best place EVER! The service is quick and efficient. The food omg I could live off of for day lol best place ever! Only thing I don't like is that they moved! But that's no big deal at all! 5 ☆s for everything!

Attempted coming here multiple times. The food is okay and the old timey atmosphere is nice but the service is a toss up if you'll even get seen. I've had several visits where the hostess never reaches out when they say they put you on the wait-list, where the server completely messes up your food and puts it into the system late, or where the server gives you the wrong bill then argue with you vs just easily resolving a table mixup. If you can get lucky and have the "good" servers working you'll have a good experience but the fact that I've had more bad than good experiences at this point I can't recommend you bring your business here. Better off going to Ottos, Ozzie's, Kelly's, or Bobs Country Kitchen.

Place gave me raw sausages was sick for days. Servers was great and atmosphere was good. Felt sick eating it didn't realize was raw coz had ketchup till my hubby ate other one at home and it was raw. Starting feeling sick when eating food.
