It's a no from us. It's the first time that we ordered our usual burritos (Poor Pancho and Vegetarian) under the new ownership. And it was pretty much all empty carbs: white wrap, and at least 2/3 of the filling was seasoned white rice. The Vegetarian (a good helping) was also twice the size of the Poor Pancho, which is inexplicable.

Chili relleno was hot on outside, but nearly frozen on inside. Tasteless even after heating at home.

I’ve ordered from here a few times, it’s always a hit or miss. The last time I ordered food the flavor was lacking, like none of it was seasoned. The refried beans, the chicken, the rice, were so bland. The vegetables were undercooked. Probably won’t order from here again to be honest.

Not a single person speaks English which means- Drinks were wrong, food was wrong. Some of our meals never even came, yet it was all on the bill. Then everyone acts surprised when I ask for things to be taken off that we never received. While we were in there 3 other parties left because they couldn’t take it any longer. I would never recommend and never go back.

We came in for Margarita day! The server was nice, but she rushed us a bit to order even though the place wasn’t very busy (there was just us and two others). Our last server was amazing, we came last year for Cinco de Mayo and ordered the sizzling fajitas - they were good! This time I ordered the Spicy Original Margarita, steak taco salad and Fried Empanadas. The steak was good for the price and the portions were generous. I loved the margarita, it was crisp and spicy. the flavor of the salt crystals on the edges gave a nice sharp flavor to accent the tangy lime. I adored the sprinkle of spicey throughout the drink. The margarita was not too strong, it was more delicious with an elegant buzz than a medicine to ease a long horrible work day. This drink was clearly for the people who enjoy the taste than being drunk. I will be back for this Margarita again!

I ordered through take out and their steak were hard and dry for tacos. Their rice wasn’t cooked long enough and was very hard. I miss the old Panchos with the owners from 2 years ago.

Unfortunately my wife and I don’t like giving a negative review. Upon arrival the person was attending a small group of men at the desk for take out. We patiently waiting for her to seat us. While waiting we noticed most of the tables were not wiped down and the menus were dirty. We both agreed to give them a second chance (maybe they were short staffed). Once seated we ordered drinks. My wife ordered a lemonade and I ordered an original margarita. Our drinks arrived she told us that anything ordered would take a half hour. We decided to drink our drinks and leave. But unfortunately neither our drinks lived up to our expectations. As for the atmosphere what was being displayed on the tv would be something you would see in a sleazy bar.

We waited at least 10 minutes to sit, when no one else was in the restaurant. There was dead flies in our beverages didn't realize it until our food finally came, the food was cold, the waitress barely spoke English didn't understand what we wanted. They automatically added a 15percent tip to our order. When we left the one gentleman working followed us out asking for more of a tip.very nervy

This used to be my favorite inexpensive restaurant in Pittsfield. On my most recent visit the staff were all different and were very rude. I sat at the bar to eat but the TV was too loud to think so I went to the counter to ask for a table. After a long wait someone finally stopped. Asking for a table was difficult because the TV was so loud. I was asked if I had a reservation, I did not. They said I could sit at the bar. I explained a third time the TV was too loud (both of us still having to shout over it). They said I had to have a reservation. The large dining room was 80% empty. I said do you want me to leave? They said yes.

Not clean. Loud music - disgusting video. Bored, inattentive waitresses. A wait of 45 minutes for a burrito and an enchilada (which were okay - nothing special) and a built in 20% service charge. Had been there about a month ago and it was fine. The waitresses (who really don’t speak English - although when I tried Spanish they didn’t respond anyway) said they are under new management.
