Extremely rude staff there
I ordered an online order at 1:50pm today for rapid pickup… it said it would be ready around 2pm… I got an email at 1:58pm saying to order was ready, I left my work at the salon and arrived at Panera at 2:04pm expecting to pick up lunch for my other employee and myself at the salon so we can eat in between clients. I come in and no bag with my name… I watch the girl still making my smoothie… then I hear “did we even make any chocolate chip cookies today”… 2:30 rolls...read full review
