I think the food is very low quality and it takes forever for the food to come out. I don’t recommend this place and will likely never return. Go elsewhere don’t waste your time or money!

Twice in a row. They have messed up my order. On Friday I came in and they totally forgot a sandwich. I come in today and they gave my daughter the wrong sandwich

If I could give the service a 0 I would. Older Lady at the front of the pick up section with glasses thinks shes above everyone around her and every single time I have gone there, have had to listen to her yelling about a range of things from personal drama to belittling coworkers in front of many guests. Inappropriate topics from time to time but the attitude and communication skills in general are abysmal to say the least. Last time I came, put in a pick up order at 12:30. Arrived at 1:10. Name was on a bag at pick up section but was not what I ordered. Explained that to this lady (who I was uncomfortable speaking to to begin with based on how I see her treat others) and all she had to say was that my order wasn’t made yet and that she has no idea what’s going on due to it being busy. Then waited another 30 minutes listening to her scream at coworkers before I finally got my food and left, not without letting her know how bad her service is, only to be told how she is excited to continue giving that level of service. Just bad all around on her part. Other coworkers seem nice and like they know how to communicate like normal people. Understandable that cafe business can cause an uprise in tensions backstage but coming from one who has worked in the field, you should always value customer service first. Just my thoughts.

I ordered curbside pickup. I was told to come for 1:13 (on my lunch break…I ordered at 12:45) I showed up and waited. I tried to call the place as well and no answer. I went in and was clearly upset because I waited over 20 minutes in my car. The guy behind the counter named ISAIAH was completely rude to me telling me “I could have come inside and got it because he was busy” I ordered to not have to go in that’s the purpose. If it was too busy online ordering and that feature shouldn’t be an option. Mind you he did not once said sorry or tried to accommodate. He just gave me attitude. Very unprofessional way to handle it. I wouldn’t want him working for me. Or representing my company that way.

I used to love this place but the prices are high, portions small, and the dining room was overcrowded and noisy. Like a school cafeteria.

I don’t care about name dropping but one of the workers Jazmin. She really needs to learn how to properly talk to customers. I’ve worked in fast food and the way she talks to the customers is crazy.

Paneras portion sizes have gotten so small and for such an EXTREMELY high price. $16 for a small panini sandwich when you can get an entire foot long at subway for $10. the you pick two meal is still super expensive and it’s basically a snack, rather than a meal. I’m a very small person who doesn’t need much to fill my stomach, but I often leave this place $15 cheaper and still hungry an hour later. I couldn’t imagine how much a grown, bulky man would have to pay in order to feel “full” at any of these panera establishments. So incredibly greedy and it’s unfortunate when the food is pretty decent. Furthermore, I have been given expired, moldy parfaits from this establishment, and constantly receive mac and cheese with mayyybe 3-4 bites (and that’s being generous). The panera website/app was also completely down for maintenance for almost a week, making it impossible to order food ahead for pickup, or delivery. this company is going downnnnn hill so fast.. CEO needs to remind themselves they’re serving food out of a PREMADE PLASTIC BAG, not fresh off a farm like their prices seem to display…

Slowest Panera ever took 25 minutes after the time it said it was going to be ready for it to be done. We ended up canceling the order

Literally will never give you a knife. They somehow expect you to butter your own bagel with your hands I guess. Even when utensils are requested.
They legit cut portions by a 1/3. And cut corners in alot of other ways
The atmosphere is beautiful, and pastries are not as fresh all the time. Had a mac and cheese, and it was the size of an applesauce container.
