I have only eaten in house a few times. I remember the waitress being kind and attentive. Many many times have I gotten pizza here and homemade mozzarella sticks. The wings are great too and you can request all flats if they are your fav. I recently had jury duty and the lunch was provided by Papa Joe's. This was my first experience with grinders. Fantastic dinner! Pizza is the best I’ve had it Pittsfield and the service matched. The cannoli is out of this world. Great small family owned restaurant that has made my list of go to places.
