Ordered pizza from company website not a delivery service after receiving my payment. Pizza Hut decided to inform me they’re using a delivery service, (Door Dash). Delivery service showed up, unable to knock on door upon arrival and left pizza on porch like an idiot. Pizza, cold, wind, cold blue cheese, dipping sauce was nice and warm though Pitiful pitiful, pitiful company should be ashamed. Charging with a charge, this is considered to be highway. Robbery selling disgusting food and potting delivery service upon customers will be contacting consumer affairs.

Out of a five-star system, six! The food was as good as I always remembered. The service was great! I really loved how much holiday decorations they added to the store. It really added to the joyous feelings of the holidays. We had a very nice time hanging out here and eating the best pizza on Earth.

When i arrived at the restaurant, I was told they were working on my order; this is 30 minutes after phoning it in (one medium pizza). I waited for a while. Then they gave me my order. In the car, I looked at it and realized it wasn’t the pizza i ordered. I brought it back, more confusion. Finally, another customer comes in—the restaurant had given him my pizza and he didn’t realize it until he got home. Apparently, we had the same first name. So, I had to wait for them to make another pizza for me. The staff said to give them my phone number next time and there would be some kind of credit for me. On top of this, when I got home and we opened the box, the crust hadn’t risen. Nothing like flat crust on a hand-tossed pizza. They were crowded, but that shouldn’t be an excuse. Usually there’s no problem.

Never been disappointed, and for Pizza Hut, I think the pizza is pretty good. I normally get it for lunch, order from the web, and I never have issues waiting. Staff super friendly.

usually a great place to bring the family with some of the meal deals but lately new staff has been slipping usually never do negitive reviews but today me and my family sat waiting a d waiting for our food sorta busy so no biggy then find out our food was given away to other tables very disappointing to then need to rewait a full time for everything be recooked again! usually as i said an amazing place ran by a great manager hope it doesnt start to slip away like the other pizza huts have!
I don’t live in pittsfield so usually when i’m out there i get pizza hut for pick up. I always get extra breadsticks and they are always friendly and the food on point. I get if it’s busy waiting longer than the 15 minutes ( no issue with that) but waiting 40 minutes for 2 orders of breadsticks that were sitting there the whole time ready is ridiculous. The girl couldn’t be bothered to check until after 30 minutes we still didn’t get the food. Instead she was “busy” standing there doing nothing. If i paid for the order walking in and gave a name, you should know what I am waiting for.

Seems every time I place an order here they miss the mark. Usually it's the special instructions, I hate undercooked pizza so I ask for well done. After 10-12 orders they have never completed it right once.

Was my first time at a Pizza Hut in over 20 years. Store had a rubber mouse pad type menu on the counter with No prices listed on it. Ordered a pizza w/o knowing the price. I was Very surprised at how expensive it was. Gourmet pizza prices for sub-par Pizza Hut pizza.
