I ordered large pan cheese pizza.time of pickup time I got Medium pizza . I asked for large one to make one and by the time my sons were starving , had to wait another 15 minutes. We came home with the large pizza but what I see is the pizza looks like medium and cheese I see on it so less and tomato sauce is too much . The pizza looked like red sauce pizza . We didn’t have patience or time to go and get another good cheese pizza, so we ate it. I took few slices pizza picture by the time I realized that I am going to place the review . Otherwise I could have put full pizza picture.

Apparently they use doordash now. Our driver was there to get our order. Was supposed to be here at 1. Then a new driver was heading there to get our order. Now arriving at 1:15 and we ordered at 12 for a 1pm order. I'm guessing our first driver couldn't wait any longer. Won't be using delivery with Pizza Guy anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and be treated with the utmost respect. It was almost time to close, and the woman behind the counter was very sweet. Great customer service, and I have a special place in my heart for some Pizza Hut Breadsticks.

Ordered pizza from company website not a delivery service after receiving my payment. Pizza Hut decided to inform me they’re using a delivery service, (Door Dash). Delivery service showed up, unable to knock on door upon arrival and left pizza on porch like an idiot. Pizza, cold, wind, cold blue cheese, dipping sauce was nice and warm though Pitiful pitiful, pitiful company should be ashamed. Charging with a charge, this is considered to be highway. Robbery selling disgusting food and potting delivery service upon customers will be contacting consumer affairs.

Out of a five-star system, six! The food was as good as I always remembered. The service was great! I really loved how much holiday decorations they added to the store. It really added to the joyous feelings of the holidays. We had a very nice time hanging out here and eating the best pizza on Earth.

When i arrived at the restaurant, I was told they were working on my order; this is 30 minutes after phoning it in (one medium pizza). I waited for a while. Then they gave me my order. In the car, I looked at it and realized it wasn’t the pizza i ordered. I brought it back, more confusion. Finally, another customer comes in—the restaurant had given him my pizza and he didn’t realize it until he got home. Apparently, we had the same first name. So, I had to wait for them to make another pizza for me. The staff said to give them my phone number next time and there would be some kind of credit for me. On top of this, when I got home and we opened the box, the crust hadn’t risen. Nothing like flat crust on a hand-tossed pizza. They were crowded, but that shouldn’t be an excuse. Usually there’s no problem.
