Over 90 minutes from ordering to eating.
I sincerely wish I could give a higher rating. I would have given one star except for the kindness of our server. Everyone is kind, the service is not slow in particular. Perhaps on this night something was off in the kitchen, but the length of the wait was nowhere near acceptable or reasonable.
We arrived (party of 4) at 7:00. We ordered appetizers at 7:15, and ordered our meals (salad, eggplant lasagna, lobster ravioli, salmon - nothing at all complicated).
Appetizers arrived at 7:30. At 8:30 our food had not arrived and I told the server that it was now too late for me to eat and to simply box up my lasagna but serve the rest. At 8:55 our server said the food would be just a few more minutes. At 9:00 the restaurant closed. At 9:15 our meals finally arrived, a full 90 minutes from ordering.
No apologies. No adjustments to the bill.
A very disappointing family outing. We won't return.

This was my third time in a year dining at Sibarita’s. The food and the service are consistently excellent. In my view, this is the best restaurant in Pittsfield and definitely in the top five in Central Berkshire county

What a solid vibe in this place. Definitely a great place a space Id happily recommend in Pittsfield.
With plenty of veggie options, fresh pasta, and really tasty sauce flavors. The veggie ravioli and sauce was really nice. Fair warning, you do not get bread with your meals. Dessert options were great with some good variety that also includes local six depot coffee within multiple options. Recommend the Tiramisu!
Plenty of space with a nice vibrance to it all with an open space concept. A bar space with what looked to be 6-10 chairs.
Wine menu, relatively small. They do have non-alcoholic drinks available but no mocktails which would've been nice.
Very friendly service with good recommendations and knowledge on the unique menu that the chef has great dishes/takes on too. Attentive but enough space.
Going to Sibaritas on a Saturday night is always a good test, and they passed with mostly flying colors. Understanding there are staffing challenges, our server did seem a bit harried, but we can assume the restaurant was understaffed, as it actually was when we spoke to the owner. We did not complain about the service, which was excellent considering. Our server earned her 20% tip from the table. As far as noise, it was noisy, but we were so glad the restaurant was busy, so we gladly accepted the volume.
For our food, we ordered Ceaser salads and a delicious flatbread. All four of us were fighting over the bread. The other three in our party ordered the Meuniere Salmon with veggies. All the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the veggies would make a meal in itself. The slight ding on the veggies was a bit oily, but the flavor and tenderness made up for this very slight shortcoming. My Puttanesca was as good as I've ever had it. The ribbons of pasta held the spicy sauce to make each bite super flavorful. Even the fresh anchovies made the dish truly authentic.
As I've said many times, the Berskhires does not have great restaurants, but I can gladly say, Sibaritas is on the top shelf. We cannot wait to return.

The food is phenomenal! The owners are some amazing people and really put their heart and soul into giving their customers an amazing dining experience. I’ve been looking for a really good and authentic Italian restaurant around the area and Sibaritas is definitely the spot! 10/10 I would recommend to anybody.

If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience in Pittsfield, Sibaritas is the place to be. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming hostess, Megan. Her warm hospitality set the tone for a truly delightful evening.
The food at Sibaritas is simply outstanding. Each dish is crafted with meticulous care, using only the freshest ingredients. The salmon carpaccio was a work of art, delicate and flavorful. The squid ink linguini was a culinary masterpiece, rich and satisfying. And the tiramisu? A heavenly dessert that perfectly concluded our meal.
A special shoutout to Chef Gomez, whose culinary expertise shines through in every dish. The attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every bite.
Sibaritas is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a warm ambiance makes it a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Our first time here was a great experience! Must say that our waitress,Sarah, made our stay so much fun that we could have been dining in the middle of North St. and still given great reviews! At our request she guided us towards some great apps and entrees, and she was attentive throughout, without being overly so. She sets the bar high! The 4 stars for atmosphere had to do with draftiness in our particular seating, overall the place has a very engaging rustic /chic appeal.
