What a solid vibe in this place. Definitely a great place a space Id happily recommend in Pittsfield.

With plenty of veggie options, fresh pasta, and really tasty sauce flavors. The veggie ravioli and sauce was really nice. Fair warning, you do not get bread with your meals. Dessert options were great with some good variety that also includes local six depot coffee within multiple options. Recommend the Tiramisu!

Going to Sibaritas on a Saturday night is always a good test, and they passed with mostly flying colors. Understanding there are staffing challenges, our server did seem a bit harried, but we can assume the restaurant was understaffed, as it actually was when we spoke to the owner. We did not complain about the service, which was excellent considering. Our server earned her 20% tip from the table. The food was excellent. The dining room was breathtakingly beautiful. The servers were extremely attentive. We had not made a reservation but the hostess was able to get our party a table after a short wait. We can't wait to come back!
