Dang can you least remember to toast my bread the dude with the braises was nice but the tall girl had an attitude and gave me a dry sandwich not toasted I am a student who works hard just looking for a quick bite please do better Pittsfield!

The two guys working were unfriendly and rude. The kid with the long hair rolled his eyes and sighed repeatedly. My friend was asking questions and was treated poorly for doing so. My sandwich had so much sauce on it that it was soggy they were sloppy and uncaring about the way they made our sandwich’s and the sandwiches before ours the Pepsi was weak and needed a change. The only thing I could say positive about this place is it was clean. It was evident that these two boys did not want to be there and had no supervision. Worst subway experience ever .

Good stuff subway! Keep up the good work. Cool people I enjoyed talking to were working there so I enjoyed my time there! The only flaw in the restaurant was the soda fountain machine was broken which is weird.

When in for dinner on Friday 10/25/ 24 , the guy that made our sandwiches had loose long hair not pulled back. Bought the sandwiches but threw mine in the trash, did not want to find hair in it. He was also rude like he was doing us a favor by making the subs. Won't go in again if he is there. I am adding to this review, my daughter was infact eating her sub and guess what? She found hair. That is so disgusting! Would like to know why he is allowed to make subs . The other girl working had her hair pulled up. Don't want a refund just want them to please ask their employees to please tie hair back

Always have a good experience on East st but this time was different. The guy making sandwiches had long loose hair flying all over, in his face and it was nasty. Bought the sandwiches but when I got home threw mine away. I didn't want to find hair in it. I will continue to go to this subway but only if he is working, don't understand why his hair was not tied back

Attempting to order online was nothing short of a nightmare. The restaurant took the money from my account and the waitress in the restaurant was left alone, causing her to become very stressed and irritable to order from. I will not be ordering from this particular restaurant in the future. Especially not for their pick up orders.

Went with a friend for off campus lunch. Ordered and loved the food. I had a meatball sub with chips. The gadirade was good. I liked the cookie too.
