This store is a complete mess. Every time I go there, I have to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up my order, which has been ready on the counter for a long time. I called someone to help me, and they pretended I didn't exist. And when they finally spoke to me, the manager with light hair and blue eyes treated me terribly. Congratulations, you're doing a great job with this terrible manager.

So, Denise. She really is an asset to this location. With over a 30 minutes wait for our food with no explanation aside from the young man working the drive through on 10/19 approx. 5:45 aside from “it’ll be right out.” Denise took the time to come and discuss what the exact reason for the delay was instead of “I already told you, just a minute.” The wait for the food, sucks but it happens, but the unprofessionalism displayed in the temper the drive through worker was what made the experience less than positive. Denise is awesome, fantastic de-escalation skills.

This place actually takes 1 hour to get through the drive through, not stellar. if you want to eat do not go here, you will be dead by malnutrition by the time you get your food. 🩷

They are beyond slow, CONSTANTLY have smashed food on the ground, playing rap music on big speakers, and NEVER have orders handed out to the right people nor in order to they are very unorganized and non of them have respect.

Lobby closed . Went through drive thru and they gave me watered down lemonade. They forgot some of my food. By the time I figure out I was missing food I was already home 45 min away. Not worth the headache and money.

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING JOKE OF A PLACE. The ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I walked in earlier and the place was FILTHY TRASH EVERYWHERE, FLIES BUZZING AROUND, FOOD SCRAPS ALL OVER THE TABLES AND THE KITCHEN WHERE THEY MAKE THE FOOD. STRAIGHT-UP NASTY.
I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES WATCHING THE USELESS EMPLOYEE MOVE LIKE A SNAIL DOING NOTHING, so I finally used the self-checkout. THEN I WAITED 30 MINUTES while the staff was TOO BUSY FOOLING AROUND to actually work. When I finally got my food, HALF OF IT WAS MISSING.
So what happens? I wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES just to get someone’s attention, and when they FINALLY came over they had the AUDACITY to ask me to PROVE they screwed up. Like really?? I PROVE IT, they say they’ll fix it, and guess what? THEY STILL MESSED IT UP.
AT THAT POINT I LEFT. DONE. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER. THE STAFF IS LAZY, RUDE, AND FLAT OUT INCOMPETENT. I WOULDN’T FEED THIS CRAP TO MY WORST ENEMY. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
