Great service. Unbelievable food. The cauliflower wings, soup/dal and mockball sandwich were great. We would have the almond parm tofu and spicey kale saled everyday if we could

This wonderful diner has a fully vegan menu with many, many options. The food is made fresh to order and is a treat to the culinary senses!

I came here with my girls after skiing at Jiminy Peak. So happy to find a fully vegan diner! What a treat! Staff was friendly and menu was varied. My daughter loved the Mac n cheese. I thought the tofu nuggets were yummy and addictive but my other daughter didn’t agree (she is not vegan) but that is not reflective of the food I don’t think. I had buffalo cauliflower tacos which were great although not too filling, so I was glad to also have some fries on the side. Great vibe, nice staff!

I make it a point to eat here every time I am in the area. Haven't had a bad meal yet. The homemade sodas are a nice treat. Be sure to try a pastry or dessert when available. I usually get one to go for the next day.

The person who is always working there is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Quaint and delicious! This little diner really surprised me. I’m vegan myself but my wife is not, and in planning our honeymoon I somehow neglected to find this little gem on the map. My wife mentioned it and said we should go. We had a wonderful meal! We started with the buffalo tofu nuggets with ranch. Incredible! Probably the best vegan ranch I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the BBQ Buddha bowl and my wife got the Mockball sub. Both were wonderful! Mine was hearty, filling, and delicious. Full of rice, veggies, and yummy BBQ soy curls. Hers was incredible as well! I wish I had had room for desert, but was too full!! If we are back in the area I will be returning here for sure! It is definitely worth a visit.

As a vegetarian, it’s so amazing to be able to choose anything on the menu instead of being limited to one or two choices as in most restaurants. My husband had the Ruben sandwich two days in a row! I had the falafel burger and the next day had the tofu budda bowl. Everything was excellent!! Great service and it’s in a cute rail car. Bonus!

Amazing healthy food made with love and care by nice folks in a retro diner atmosphere
Love this place, it’s a true oasis
Spicy nuggets with bang bang sauce are one of my favorites

A retro, 1950s diner now serving only vegan and vegetarian dishes. The food is so good, the service is great and, not for nothing, the server is the nicest guy…and so cute!! We are regulars, dining in and take out. Check the hours, and then come eat here!!

There are basically no vegan restaurants along Route 7 once you leave Burlington Vermont. This place is a godsend and it’s super cute to boot. Had a really nice meal here on a rainy, slightly chilly afternoon. It was fun to sit in the diner booth drinking coffee and eating my slice of cake like I was in some movie set in the 1930s. There’s also a big assortment of veggie bowls on the menu, along with tofu nuggets, burgers, fries and other diner items. Let’s keep this place in business!!

We ordered: *Bang bang cauliflower ??? *Crabby Cakes ??? *Reuben Sandwich (bread was great, toppings too. Filling should have been "shredded" for better mouth‐feel) but overall, good. *Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl (very good). Would highly recommended if in the area!!

For those familiar with the Boston vegan/vegetarian scene, you likely know and love Veggie Galaxy. What Thrive Diner does not only rivals them, they make everything feel less heavy while still giving you tons of flavor. And the vibe is chill and quiet, which made for a relaxing dinner. Between the four of us we tried the Reuben with almond parm fries, jerky tacos with spicy kale slaw, tofu nuggets with a side of BBQ (awesome sauce), soup of the day which was Dal, and plain fries. Everyone enjoyed everything, including our drinks of lemonade, natural blueberry soda, and herbal iced tea. Will drive a long way to eat here again. Updated from previous review on 2024-08-21
