Ambience is warm; food is OK- pretty typical Mexican; chile rellenos are quite good; service is hit or miss. My take out orders sometimes include chips and salsa, and sometimes don't. If I have a margarita at the bar while I wait for my take out order, I sometimes get chips and salsa, and sometimes don't. But note: while food prices are reasonable, their margaritas are quite expensive: $16.00!!! I will no longer be having a margarita nor wait for a take out order at the bar. Bummer

I needed to add a review since we were thwarted by so many positive ones. I will start with the positive, which is that the staff were kind/attentive and the space was clean. However, we both ordered different meals and received the same, neither of which were what we ordered. We also ordered the worst margarita I've ever had. I'd be open to giving them another chance, but quality of the food is really important to me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.The waiter who served us was very inattentive; He never went to check our table and even forgot to order our entree (only after waiting 25 minutes)After requesting a separate account, the staff took a terrible attitude and added an excessive and undeserved TIP on each account.Manager Dan; He proceeded to almost throw our beads at us and add that it was “our fault for not being professional.”With a terrible attitude he proved not to be Professional at all.A quiet dinner in the afternoon turned into a crowd because they simply requested good service.

El mesero que nos atendió fue muy desatento; jamas fue a chequear nuestra mesa e incluso olvido ordenar nuestra entrada (solo hasta después de esperar 25min) Después de solicitar una cuenta separada, el personal tomo una pésima actitud y agrego un TIP excesivo y no merecido, en cada cuenta. El manager Dan; procedió a casi tirarnos nuestras cuentas y agregar que era "nuestra culpa por no ser profesionales". Con una pésima actitud demostró no ser en lo absoluto Profesional. Una cena tranquila por la tarde se convirtió en un tropel por simplemente solicitar una buena atención.

Will start out the review with the fact that we found a hair and random fryer items amongst our chips and queso, and discovered a moldy ice cube in our margarita.Nevertheless, we persevered and decided to try to enjoy our meals. The steak burritos were about average, and the pollo verde wasn't anything like what I've had billed as a pollo verde before, such as a pulled chicken that has simmered in a tomatillo sauce. Instead, I recieved a flat slab of chicken topped with an assortment of queso, pico de gallo, and chopped green peppers.When it came time to pay our bill, we waited nearly ten minutes for the servers to finish up with their conversation, alongside another table still waiting to order. Once the wait staff had my card in their posession, we waited an additional ten minutes for them to process the payment and return with the card so we could leave. Mind you, this establishment wasn't very busy, which should have been a hint to avoid it on a Saturday night.

Horrible service took forever to get our starter drinks and to order dinner, and the waitress never checked on us during our meal. I had to search her out to pay my bill. The food sucked, the guacamole was runny and my food sucked. Would never go back or recommend.
